Gestern kamen die Ergebnisse der Zwischenanalyse von Sellas Life Sciences REGAL-Phase 3 Studie zu GPS (AML Immuntherapie) raus, und ich muss sagen, ich bin sehr positiv gestimmt: Bei 80% der Patienten konnte eine Immunreaktion festgestellt werden – das heißt, die Therapie hat angeschlagen! Zum Vergleich: In Phase 2 waren es nur 64%. Ebenfalls war die overall survival rate bei 13,5 monaten im vgl. zur best available therapie von 6 monaten. 🤟
Natürlich gibts auch Schattenseiten: Laut meinen Infos geht SLS Anfang Q3 das Cash aus, wenn sie nichts unternehmen. Bedeutet wohl, dass wir entweder eine Kapitalerhöhung (Hallo, Verwässerung! 🧃) oder vielleicht sogar eine Partnerschaft oder Übernahme sehen könnten. Die Aktie hat die News aber erstaunlich gut verkraftet – ich hatte mit einem Rückgang auf 60-80 Cent gerechnet, aber nope, solide geblieben.
Der CEO war gestern früh bei Fox & Friends und hat über die Zukunft der Krebsforschung mit KI geredet – und wie SLS da schon jahrelang Pionierarbeit leistet. Ein ziemlicher PR-Win, finde ich, weil das Thema und die Firma dadurch eine breite Aufmerksamkeit bekommen.
Meine Meinung: Es gibt viele positive Anzeichen, dass die Studie erfolgreich abgeschlossen wird (auch wenn wir auf die 80 Events noch warten müssen – das kann dauern wsl. so gegen 6-12 Monat, aber nur weil GPS zu gut wirkt und es daher lange dauert bis die Patienten sterben - was ja grundsätzlich eine gute Sache ist). Hab selbst ca. 1000 Aktien und will das Ding echt gerne bei >20$ sehen 😂
Eine Übernahme halte ich für sehr wahrscheinlich. Was meint ihr? Habt ihr SLS auf dem Schirm, oder denkt ihr dass das ein FDA Lotto Pumpen und Entsorgen Fall ist? 😂
TL;DR: SLS Zwischenanalyse zeigt 80% Immunreaktionen, Aktie stabil, Cash reicht nur bis Q3, aber Fox-News-Auftritt und mögliche Übernahme sorgen für Hoffnung. Wie seht ihr das?

Hey all, maybe one of y'all networking wizards can help with this issue. My technical knowledge is more or less in hardware- physical cabling and that kind of organization is my jam, but internet connectivity issues are beyond me barring resetting the router and other similar "turn it off and on again" level fixes.
My roommates and I live in a small, roughly 1200 sq ft two story house and have had AT&T fiber for 3 years. This house was built in the '90s, but to my knowledge nothing in the construction should be causing the issues we have been experiencing. I have attached images from the company we rent the place from to show the layout of the rooms in order to better illustrate my point. There are 4 of us total, and at any given time each of our phones, 2 or 3 of the 4 PCs in the house, and maybe the smart TV and one console are connected. 8 devices, if that at maximum.
The router is the same one we got from the company when we switched to using them 3 years ago, and it is currently sitting directly above the fireplace. The devices we are having the problems with are my PC in the upstairs bedroom that is 10' x 11', and my brothers PS5 in the downstairs bedroom. Every other device in the house has no issues, barring an occasional blip in the connection that lasts not long enough to be fretting over. Almost every night, one or both devices (my PC or his PS5) will struggle to connect to the network, but devices in the same room will connect with no issue. The connection we had in the apartment my brother and I were in last year never had internet issues, barring the occasional blip during a service outage from a storm or a late-night hiccup. I know my PC has had issues connecting upwards of an hour on our current network, even occasionally connecting to the network but not the internet. Just last week, YouTube thumbnails could load but videos couldn't, and I could connect to steam but any of my games that require a separate login (like Marvel Rivals) couldn't properly connect.
Both my brother and I are both using a Wi-Fi extender to boost the signal and connect via ethernet, but to my knowledge the only negative draw back from this is increased risk of drive-by network attacks, but we are in a cul-de-sac in a relatively safe neighborhood, so I don't see it being an issue.
We know for a *fact* that my room in particular has always had strange networking problems, but these last few months have been intensified. We're talking multiple hours of troubleshooting, connecting up a Wi-Fi adapter, using my on-board wifi connection that barely works for some reason, and using the extender and every combination therein until things decide to work and then sometimes after 5-10 minutes it just decides not to again for another hour of troubleshooting. Multiple evenings a week are ruined with us having to troubleshoot these issues, seemingly aimlessly because they crop up the next day. Strangely, my Wi-Fi extender provides the internet over an ethernet connection relatively stable once it connects but its recognized with an old SSID we no longer use.
The only thing that seems to have worked is the Wi-Fi range extenders, which shouldn't be necessary in house this small, especially when other devices in the room seem to get the connection with little issue. The issues involved with this have been driving me up the wall, and I've been going insane trying to figure out a solution, but nothing ever sticks with anything we try.
The last thing we have all been considering trying is replacing the hardware from AT&T. We currently use just the router they gave us for the wifi- I know from personal experience Spectrum's routers are bad, so maybe its a case where the ISP-provided hardware is just garbage? To me, that still wouldn't explain why only my brothers PS5 and my PC seem to be having the connectivity issues we have been having as logically every device should be having problems at that point unless it was in the same room as the bad router.
I tried to convey every relevant detail here, but if there is something I haven't provided that would be helpful to getting a permanent solution that finally ends the near nightly headache, I would be happy to provide. Any solution that saves us from this headache would be a godsend, as at this point my brother and I are considering moving out to get somewhere that doesn't have the networking issues.
