So today I woke up from quite a bad dream tbh Heres what i remember for short
So in the dream ,my classmate,wich I got some feelings for,died from suicide. Not much else i remember tbh, just how empty the classroom was without her ,then i woke up to a feeling of emptyness in my chest and feeling sad
Does this have any real meaning?or?

2025.01.24 11:11 Sad-Power-3287 How to deal with transphobic friend
I'm a cis man, said friend is a cis man. We've been friends for almost 10 years. A few days ago, he was talking with me in DMs about some comic he enjoys that features a trans character, and he was being weird about this character, basically saying that he didn't like how they transitioned during the story. I was like, "why, did they not handle it well or something?" He basically just came out and said that he believes there are only 2 genders, and anyone who thinks otherwise (or identifies outside their assigned-at-birth gender) is mentally ill, and also used the word "defect" in reference to intersex people.
I was extremely shocked by this. Our immediate friend group has multiple genderqueer people, and he has never been weird like this around any of them. I also know that he has other queer friends that I doubt would keep him around if he was transphobic towards any of them. But I guess something changed recently, or he felt comfortable enough with me specifically to tell me his opinions.
I've told one other person in the immediate friend group (also cis man), who was also shocked and we talked about it for a while. He talked with transphobe friend in their DMs, but I'm not sure what they said to each other.
The three of us (and the rest of the immediate friend group) are all in a Discord server where we play games and hang out pretty often, but I don't want to leave it because everyone else is there, but nobody else there knows what happened. I'm not sure how to bring it up to everyone else, or if I even should. As it stands, I don't want to be around him unless he can change his mind, but there's always the chance that he might pop in while I'm hanging out with other people in the server.
Should I just try to work it out with him privately and see if he can change his mind? I have been close friends with him for almost a decade, after all. I really would like to keep being friends, if he change his mind. Should I tell everyone else in the friend group and potentially change all of their relationships with him? Some others in the group have known him even longer than I have, and I don't want to be the cause for ruining multiple people's friendships. I'm really lost on what to do right now.

I had my first mammogram and I learned that everyone including doctors have differing opinions on it.
I have dense breasts and Birads3 lesions so I was told that I need breast imaging every 6months/a year.
Today , once again I met a wo.an who works in a women's health clinic and she told me she'd never get a mammogram because they squish breasts and it can spread malign cells.
What do I do?

My dad gives his customers items without them paying for it and he writes it in his register. My mom hates this due to the fact that there are still many pending payments that almost none ha paid. I am a student so i can not do many things to support my family financially and my brother is abroad ,he still has no job but is searching for one. I know that my dad's behavior stems from the fact that he can only so much to support his family and hopes that he will get the money for the items he lend to people. I know my mother is also being rational because money is important and you can not just put blind faith in people in the hopes that they will pay . I agree with both to some extent and have tried several times tried to resolve this issue ,I can not talk to my brother about this because he may get worried or wont be able to focus on his studies. I just want to make my dad not put blind faith in others but don't know how. Whenever i try to initiate a compromise they just turn their arguments emotional and i don't know how to really comfort people in difficult situations and if i try to dig deeper to try to maybe confront the problem my mother just cries and my dad starts getting angry.

Hello. Apat kami sa isang group. Bali, kaming tatlo ang gumawa ng chapter 4 tapos yung isa, sya daw sa buong chapter 5.
Nagpa commission lang kaming tatlo sa chapter 4 pero kapag may revisions, kaming tatlo na. Nagka revision kami netong month tapos kaka anak lang nung isa saming tatlo netong december.
Edi kaming dalawa na natitira muna ang sumalo ng revision kasi hindi nya pa daw kaya. Medyo madami din yon.
E kaso na ospital ako ngayong week. Ako mostly nag revise nung chapter 4 kasi yung isa, hinanap lang yung ibang source ng RRL (limang RRL).
Tapos ako naman inuutusan nung isa ngayon, sabi ko, baka pwedeng yung iba namang konti lang ang ginawa kasi kako nasa ospital pa ako (nag send din ako ng proof sakanila kahapon ewan ko bakit ako pa uli ang minention.)
Dapat na ba tumulong yung isa naming member na kaka anak lang? Revise lang din naman kasi e.

I find it interesting that for all the other innies they seem more susceptible to indoctrination by Lumon as innie blank slates versus their outties, in contrast to Helly who immediately and consistently rebels. Then when we see Helena (the outtie) she seems so indoctrinated in contrast. So it’s like her innie is what she’d be like if free of all the indoctrination and strictness she experienced in her family growing up.
I take from her watching the video of her innie and Mark in S2 E2 that she’s almost jealous or wistful (like she wants it) of what Helly seems to be like and what she has in terms of relationships, versus what Helena’s own carefully controlled and cold life must be like.

I have seen a lot of things online saying that giant anteaters can run either 30 mph or 50 kph. This is never given a citation and it seems like it's just one of those facts that "everyone knows" I have never seen a source for this. Given they are a Xenarthran obligate insectivore with a mesothermic body temperature and I've never seen a video of them exceeding about 10 kph under any circumstances, including running away from predators, consider me skeptical. They also do not seem to have running away as a default predator response. Encountering a Jaguar or something usually seems to result in them ignoring it or harassing it with their claws. It seems strange for a prey animal that can run quickly to simply charge at a cat larger than it is which also suggests to me that they don't really think speed is the answer.
Is there a study anywhere that looks at how fast giant anteaters either do, can, or should be able to move? Like, is 50 kph actually reasonable? Is there video of them outrunning a cyclist or a car or a dog or something that could suggest they are actually capable of sprinting?
