Hello,I need help on how to proceed with this alocasia melo. It used to be in soil but was repotted due to horrible root rot. In the last few weeks it tried to grow a new leaf, but after I came back home (I was away for a week) I came back to the entire top of the plant rotted... I don't know what happened. After having cleaned all the squishy bits of I'm left with this... the leaf is very yellow and I don't know if I should just chop it off a this point. Does someone have suggestions on how to proceed with this?

2025.01.24 13:10 Empty-Schedule-3251 A friend said that the big twist in my book is going to be super predictable, lmk what u think.
I'm going to attach a gist of the first part of my book here and would like you to guess what the big twist in the end will be. Let me know how confident you are in your guess so that I can determine how obvious the twist is (if it is obvious at all).
It starts off as a fantasy novel where we get to know about this human-like species and how they live their lives. We get to learn about their political structure, their believes and their progress as a civilisation (close to the pre industrial revolution era). These beings are calm and curious, they like to learn, explore, study, etc.
Then we find out that they never ever explored the big sea at the edge of land for no real reason, nobody had thought of that until now, which was quite weird . All of these people were confused as to why they never went there but they didn't think much of that and decided to explore.
They set sail and find out there is another massive continent, which is geographically identical to theirs. Since this is the first time they went outside their continent and haven't seen anything else, they just assume that's the norm and don't think much of it. This would obviously be weird for us humans because we know how unique different landforms are but they don't have this point of reference.
They find another human-like species which is super aggressive and kind of stupid. Due to their calm nature, they did not have the need to develop weapons, ever and were easily taken over by these stronger and angrier people.
Eventually the stupid people learnt about this other continent with tons of people like the ones which came to visit them, so they fill the boats up and go. They invade the first group of people and chaos ensues. There is a secret agency among the angry and stupid species who is helping the first group of people and they are definitely improving the situation.
We see how people are moved from one island to another, the oppressors by choice and the victims by force. All of this political stuff is playing out and should be quite interesting when I write it properly (I hope lol).
This is followed by a twist. My friend said that the twist in the end is super obvious but I disagree, who better to ask than you guys? I will not be revealing what the twist is, so please do not ask.

I bought Ecosport diesel in Jan 2021 and its been 4 years, my cars battery got drained thrice. My running is very low and as it was my first car, I didnt know that I should have gone for petrol varient. It is single hand driven and gets out once in 2-3 days only(hit 28k kms only). How do I tackle battery drain issue. Will battery change help or uts battery is in good condition?

I thought I would get the side quests quickly out of the way like taking the picture and answering the profs questions. I have taken at least like ten pictures all highlighting the plants, tea set and light fixtures and none of them got accepted as the task being completed? I even tried seperate ones. Did someone try it and could help, it drives me crazy.

Hey I am in 12th (commerce) right now and I need some help regarding my future (I didn't know what should I name the title and I am new to reddit so forgive me if I am wrong anywhere)
Acha so the thing is my previous plans were 1. I will be giving cuet and will score a decent marks to get into north campus du and will study bcom hons from there and yeh toh sabko pata hain du name tag holds power so uske baad I will think what I have to do from there only 2. I was also thinking to applying in goenka Kolkata and if I get chance there I will shift there
Now problem yeh hain ki my family is extremely broke and I knew about this but mere parents ne force Kiya ki I should give the exams and aage sab woh dekhenge and mujhe tension nhi Leni chahiye.. maine 11 pe bohot bola ki main kuch or kar lungi cause you guys will not be able to afford it (i am from Andra pradesh so accomodation is also a problem) but unhone bohot force Kiya meko dreams dikhaye and what not (it's not there fault ik)
But ab jab boards 1 month dur hain there are saying ki woh log afford nhi kar payenge and I should stop seeing bade sapne and mujhe koi decent professional course karna chahiye (they mean CA) and they knew mujhe CA pr koi interest nhi (I am not that great in maths and I really can't study that much)
Ik unki galti nhi they wanted the best for me but shayad unke plans work nhi kiye but now I am very demotivated mujhe padhne ka ekdm man nhi hota
And I have decided ki main Cuet nhi dungi cause unhone mana kar diya woh log nhi bhejenge so what's the point in study more?? And main is liye bol rhi hun qki I worked my ass off in 12 I literally studied for 8+ hourse everyday and now it's just all seems fake and not worthy (btw it was my dream to study in big college)
So help me to decide what should I do??
For more context - I am an above average student and will definitely score 90+ in boards

i have endo but i think it might be progressing even farther, and i am especially worried about my right ovary. since about late september last year i have been in almost constant pain where my right ovary is, like there is literally always at least a dull ache there, and during my periods the pain is usually the worst in my right ovary, where as before this was not the case. does anyone know what could be going on here.
