Today marks the end of my journey of this session with MDI being the last hope. GNEM, 8 months of workex, 9/9/8 Scored 93.88 in CAT, effed up LR for this.
Prepared for XAT, thought did well but percentile inflation in DM resulted in getting a 92.xx percentile there also. Two months since the exam and I am with zero calls.
Not sure what follows. People with their interviews lined up and people preparing again for next year, I wish you all the best and hope that life has wonderful things in store for you.

I’m trying to figure out which one is more effective or if it doesn’t matter. Because my problem is that I can’t think in my target language. I’m always translating back into my native language to understand. Which I think that’s fine in the beginning but I want to break that habit overtime.

In November I started dating a girl from Tinder (we are both around 30yo). After some "introductory dates" we started immediately a really intense phase, at least for me (we met almost everyday, films, cuddles etc etc). Suddenly, after a week of cold-contact from her (she said she was sick, actually it was a reflection time) she wrote me that she didnt feel like continuing because IN ONE YEAR I should left the country and she is in hurry to create a family. I answered that it is a bit premature thinking about that now and in any case nothing imposes us to separate (we have the opportunity to follow each other and we are both foreigners in the country where we live now). She made her decision anyway, adding that Im a great person and she passed really good moments with me.
To my eyes, that doesnt make any sense. I suspect that she actually resumed contact with her ex, who in turn tried to contact her some weeks ago. I kept my guard down because she told me that he treated her like shit, so I didnt think that he had some chances. But her exs return puts all the pieces of the puzzle together.
Now I dont know what to think. I feel like shit even if the story was so short. Im normally a very rational person and Im not used to suffer a such an enotional swirl. I feel like a teenager but I feel very disappointed and betrayed. Deep inside, I hope that she will change her mind and she will come back to me. Rationally, I well know that it's over.
Any opinion?

So my parents are all supportive of me being child free. They've known my stance for years.
Randomly my mom just told me that my dad never even wanted kids. My first though was "yas slay! child few king, he's literally me." She said his reasoning is you can't miss what you don't have. He grew up around a lot of kids and problems hated it.
A few hours later I feel a little different. I feel kind of bad for him. I'm thinking of all of the times we begged for money or pets, all the times he had to ask us to clean up or respect the house, all the times he wanted alone time, all the times he begrudgingly attended school programs. All the money he spent on us and how much he had to work and never achieved financial freedom. How eventually his marriage ended and having children complicated it further.
I was born because my mom stopped the pill without telling him. I know that's horrific.
So anyway I feel almost validated in my decision to be childfree, and that maybe I'm living the life my dad wanted. My parents are glad to not have grandchild but I always wondered if I was disappointing them. Apparently not, lmfao.
But now I feel kind of bad. I know he loves us but I kind of ruined his life lol (my mom did). Hes never said that to me or made me feel that way. I assume that now he'd say he was glad to have kids but I'm sure he would have been happy to be cf too.

I might come across the thick glass of an old TV screen or maybe some thick old bottles or a long forgotten porcelain throne discarded on the side of the old dirt roads I love to ride from time to time... but as far as "natural" knappable stone goes, we've got next to nothing in my area. (East Central Alabama) I have found a few good pieces of quartz here over the years but nothing really substantial... just a small cobble or deposit of that delicious milky white or maybe crystal clear quartz stone here and there, that I'm absolutely sure the ancient people of this area absolutely coveted because most of it is so granular that heat treating doesn't even help and I've tried it. Most points found here are made from it. Flint points have also been found here but mostly in places that were known to have larger populations, thus better chances for trade, I'm assuming.
Anyway... I've ordered stone online from GoKnapping (highly recommend) and from a couple of other websites but they mostly offer black Obsidian (& mahogany obsidian), Dacite, Keokuk and Georgetown... all of which I have purchased and love...but I'm looking to branch out. Can anyone here tell me where I can find some beautiful and more colorful stone thats good for knapping? What kind do you prefer and where or from whom might I obtain some at a reasonable price? What location might I travel to in order to find some of this beautiful stone "in the wild"? Will greatly appreciate any help or direction given...
I imagine the ancients in this area fell in love with it when they obtained their first piece of good flint or chert... I know I did.

Hi everyone,
I’m a British citizen who recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. I’ve been studying abroad for my undergraduate degree, and I plan to continue studying abroad for my master’s as well.
I’m currently torn between pursuing a master’s degree in Robotics or Computer Science, as both seem to offer similar courses in areas like programming and machine learning. My ultimate goal is to move to London after completing my studies and work in fields like Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Software Engineering (SWE).
From your experience, which degree would provide better opportunities and skill development for these roles? Would a master’s in Robotics still make me competitive for software-focused positions, or would a Computer Science degree offer more versatility in the London tech job market?
I’d greatly appreciate any insights or advice from people working in these fields or hiring for these roles

So, my first rules did great, too great it seems, and her daughter (inverted gender roles) inherited a kingdom with 5 powerful vassals and only four spots in the council, since I cannot appoint any of them as the faith guy. One of those vassals is good for nothing and a criminal, so I would love to get rid of her, but game gives me 0% chances on imprisonment or revoking titles. What should I do? Should I try to revoke her highest title so I can give it to a different vassal and make her their problem? Also do you know how is powerful vassal calculated? Can I make her not powerful by making someone else more poverful?
