We work on mostly complex high end custom homes (form/framing), for a builder or GC. I'm trying to get some feedback on what really matters to home builders in terms of structure, form and frame, so we can improve how we serve them, and improve ourselves in terms of bigger picture.
There are some obvious things, like accuracy, on budget and time, reliability, consistency, communication etc. I'm looking for insight into what really sets your best framing crew apart. What do they do better than everyone else? What do you wish they would do that they don't? Or what has been the biggest pain points in the past with form/frame crews specifically? Thanks

This is an EMOM workout, every minute on the minute you start your task. Works like this:
- First minute complete:
- 4 x squat dead curl and press
- 4 single arm swings
- 4 x full snatches
- rest for the remainder of the minute (if any)
- Second minute:
- hold a static side plank for 30 seconds
- rest for the remaining 30 seconds
- Switch sides
- First minute complete:
- 4 x squat dead curl and press
- 4 single arm swings
- 4 x full snatches
- rest for the remainder of the minute (if any)
- Second minute:
- hold a static side plank for 30 seconds
- rest for the remaining 30 seconds
- That’s one round
- Perform 6 rounds which is a total of 24 minutes (23 and 30 seconds to be exact)

That thing clears boards more brutally than the unnerfed Reno, because it doesn't only practically clear all minions in almost all cases but it also does the same damage to the face.
I'm actually unsure if it's as bad as unnerfed Reno because it may be worse than that.
The most brutal users might not even be mage but Priest.
