Please if you could look at this to see if this is an issue or not see attached photo. I have an acoustic guitar that I can’t get into standard tuning (or any tunings). I put my snark tuner on it and I can get each string into the correct (EADGBE). But when I strum the guitar it sounds awful. Do I need to have it restrung? Or do I have neck issue?

I’ve moved onto a new build estate and my house is at the end of a narrow road in the corner. I have neighbours to my right.
My neighbour’s boyfriend constantly parks his car on the road outside of my house, blocking the footpath to my home. However, it does not block my driveway - I feel I should add this for transparency.
There is current confusion on what is “my land”. The land registry clearly draws the lines encompassing the part of the road outside of my house as my owned property. However, the new build estate disputes this and claims it is a “turning point” but importantly, also does not allow cars to park there at any time.
Here’s my issue: while I can park my car, guests cannot now. My dad is in a wheelchair and, because the van blocks my footpath, he’s having to come from streets away and manoeuvre himself across my garden.
Worse still - my neighbour could actually pull her car forward on her own drive and the van could fit behind. AND - the van just chooses not to park outside of her house, but mine - presumably because he thinks it looks snug in the corner.
I don’t want to be “that neighbour” immediately after moving in, but I feel there’s a precedent to be set here that he can’t just do this because the previous owners presumably didn’t care.
What do you think?

This reddit is filled to the brim with people who talk about Zileans balance or build options like he spawns into the game at level 13 with 2 items.
Just the post yesterday about "Zilean is good into Poppy". It has a comment on it suggesting how he builds shurelias and goes E max into Poppy therefor the matchup is good.
- Did you start the game with 3k gold or where did you get that item from?
- Did you get 8 levels for free or how is your E maxxed at 1 minute into the game?
This idea also goes for many many other things posted historically but it's just something I see way too much and it's so confusing.
Poppy is bad for Zilean, obviously. She will outroam you, dive you and out 2v2 you pre6. Most botlanes are lost before level 6 and snowballed out of control. If you die once or twice to poppy there is a good chance you are never seeing your first item or getting to level 9.
Obviously Zilean feels good into Poppy (or anything else) if you just freescale. Zileans midgame is absolutely amazing, getting there is just quite difficult a lot of the time.
