Увидел пост про чатит с русскими, решил набросать свой.
Сижу в Армянском чате по определенной тематике. Чат как вы понимаете в основном из русских мигрантов, пара украинцев, пара метсных. Сижу в нем конечно не с 22ого, но какие то время. Для контекста: я с давних времен сидел в англоязычных платформах, общался с соотечиственниками по сути ток в клане по Destiny 2. Публика очень узкая, по сему познаю русских мигрантов в дикой природе.
И так на сей момент имеем:
- 1/3 часть чата по словам админа уехала обратно в РФ - из оставшихся половина не против уехать в РБ/РФ если предложат норм контракт по работе, одному предложили он уезжает - на фоне движняка с ЕС в Армении, почти весь чат пришел к выводу что Армении не выгодно отдаляться от РФ. Барабанная дробь, пришли они к такому выводу потомучто тарифы поднимутся и говно по которому сделан чат дороже везти станет)
Это только то что я вспомнил с ходу. Вы бы знали что творится в Армянском ковчеге. Понятно что сюда, в силу отсутствия требований по заграну, рвануло прилично такое быдло у которого не было заграна, за редким исключением. Но тут есть и другой момент, в Армению приехало и мега дохуя народа изза этого как раз. В силу чего вот эта биомасса составляет, статисчиски весомую часть русских мигрантов.
К чему я это все. Если даже среди русских мигрантов попадается завидное количество таких персонажей, я боюсь представить что происходит в глубинке.
В общем не советую в этом вариться, я лично начинаю агрессию ловить. Если еще чо вспомню напишу в коменты

2025.01.24 17:49 Joe-Eye-McElmury [PubQ] Poems/Short Stories: How long after a journal publishes your work do you wait before posting the entire piece on your author website?
I write predominately poetry, and some flash fiction or short stories, and generally only publish in literary magazines (and that's why I make the big zero negative bucks!).
I also have an author website that I set up to showcase my works. For older pieces (some over a decade ago), I've just published the entire poem/story on my site with a note at the bottom saying "Originally published in {journal name, issue #, date}" with a link to the journal.
With newly published poems, I want to do the right thing by the editor and the journal so I instead say: "{work title} appears in {journal name, issue #, date}" with a link to the journal. That's all that's on the web page for that piece.
So if a visitor to my site wants to read the poem or story, they have to go to the site and maybe even pay for an issue.
My question is: How long is long enough before I publish the whole work on my own site?
Legally, rights revert to me at the moment it's published and I know I can do whatever the eff I want. But I still want to direct people to the journal as a "thank you" for being selected for publication there.
Anybody have any opinions about this, or an idea of best practices? Bonus points if you're a journal editor yourself and you have thoughts?

just got done by gold ronaldo and lost the match 6-8 (im in div 7 btw). never had this problem in fc24 where i was getting at least fair results. i dont know if its me but defenders seem awful in this game. a tackle looks more like theyre sliding away from the player. my defense consists of 88 pacheco, gold militao, 88 luke o nien, and a loan gold TAA. (yea ik lol ive been mostly playing career mode but now im starting to play ut) i have my defensive approach on deep but still my defense seems crippled, but some games they defend well. do i need new defenders or switch up my tactics?

New player, havent played any other iterations of animal crossing either. I've been using nook miles tickets to visit islands in hopes of finding the other fruit trees. My island is full, so I don't need to look for any other Islanders right now. What is the benefit of island hopping, and am I right to be looking for fruit trees this way or is it a seasonal thing where I'll have more luck once it's no longer winter on my island?
