So i am a student in kuwait doing my igcse with 6 subjects with a plan to furthur study IT. but im really confused if i should only do AS (1 year) or A-Levels (2 years) after my igcse may june examination and if AS level (1 year) is enough for a good university with a scholar ship (like 50 percent of the anual fees or somthing like that) what should my grades be and what good universities will accept me with o levels and 1 year AS level (mainly looking for unversities in denmark, swedan or UK) please suggest me some who can match my criteria thanks.

I can't afford gaming pc but I like the story driven parts of games so I watch them on youtube.
"game movies" take out all the parts that you'd enjoy as a player, no major plot quests, side missions, chilling & driving or walking, character upgrades, etc...
and keep the dialogues, sequences important to the plot, cinematics, the parts that you'd still enjoy as a watcher.
I usually watch gamer's little playground videos. But he recorded his only video on the main story when it was a buggy mess.
I was hoping to ask around and see if anybody knows a no bugs video.
There's just too many bugs in those earlier videos.

I’ve been sick the past 2.5 weeks with violent bowel problems that are urgent and painful. I work fully remotely so I am able to go to the bathroom during the day as needed because i’m just at home. I’m hoping to start a new job soon that will be hybrid and I’m getting anxious thinking about how I would handle work if I literally can’t come into the office or i’ll shit my pants. What do people who work on-site or hybrid do? Tell your boss your medical issues and work remotely? Take PTO?? (not ideal I don’t want to do that). I just don’t know if I job would let me stay and work from home for a weeks while i’m sick. just curious to know what others do.

So I have had an ibanez 5 string bass for 4 weeks now and iy has been pretty good aside from one pretty big issue. The strings buzz so much all yhe time when I play any frets lower than the fifth, sometimes even that buzzes. I thought that the strings were too low but now, i measured from the 12th fret to the bottom of the string and every string was at least 4mm high (ive heard tjat the optimal would be 2mm). Am I missing something or is the bass just shit

2025.01.24 19:50 peopleandher Thinking About Quitting But What If I’m The Problem?
I am frustrated with my current job that I’ve only been at for 10 months because I am being forced to jobs outside of my job description and its overwhelming and frustrating at times. I am just a Office Assistant and am supposed to your typical administrative duties. But I currently am responsible for doing that role plus Marketing, and Assisting with HR, Accounting, and Business Development Initiatives.
What angers me the most is when I started my boss was either paying or planning to higher people to do some of the work that she now has added to my responsibilities like Marketing and Business Development. Since I assist with HR, I was there when they posted these roles and these people were going to be making almost $20k more than my salary. But it seems like now she stopped looking and is making me do it basically for free. I feel so taken advantaged of.
I plan on speaking to my boss about this and asking for a $5k+ raise. If she says no, I will quit immediately.
But, I am concerned because I have been jumping from job to job for the past 4 years (3 diff jobs) and I know that does not look good a on resume. I feel like I hd legitimate reasons for leaving each past job. And I don’t want to stay at this job if they will overwork and under pay me. But leaving again might hurt my resume and chances of finding a new job.
I want a job that I can stay at long term and be loyal to but I absolutely will not stay in a place where I am being unappreciated and taken advantage of.
What do you think?
