I’ve been getting gel x for the past year as a way to stop biting my nails. I think I am now ready to start getting my natural nails done. I would like to eventually do them myself but for now I want to stick with salon services.
My nails are pretty strong but I’d like to know which method will keep them the strongest without tips? Is it dip? Is it straight gel manicure? Is it builder gel? Soft gel? Hard gel? I know dip is acrylic or similar to. Some one please help explain this to me!!

Thoughts? I’m tired of paying for overpriced food. Bliss Bees (counter service) is expensive. Vermont meat and seafood prices have gone up so much (maybe no fault of theirs, suppliers possibly). I love a good Italian dish, but let’s be honest, Italian food is on the cheaper side to prepare. I’ve worked for Italian restaurants. I’m excited for them, but I have a fear of it being a one and done sampling. We shall see!

so I live in a tier 1 city in a apartment and I don't really have much friends.. recently few friends turned out to be snakes and now I'm all alone, i like cats very much though.. I feel like i should get one because humans in general are not trust worthy.Sorry if this sounds like a rant but I just needed to dump this somewhere as I feel depressive sometimes .I feel animals are too naive for this world and they are just simple being , you just provide them some love and care and they return you with loads of unconditional love and emotional support .The only thing which is stopping me to get one is the void you feel after they die which feels very daunting to deal with , I heard this from few pet owners I know and I also feel it would be. I already feel like I'm very much venerable from these kinds of setbacks, so tell me should I?

It has become apparent that clinics in my area will not accept my insurance provider. I'm and older patient, 70 yo, and my insurance is with my retiree pension. A year ago the pension commission changed from a full point-of-plan to a Medicare Plus one (the kind that provides a gym memberships and vision coverage, but less medical care). My neurologists clinic refuses to take outside Medicare Plus plans. The same for the alternative in my area.
My doctor is excellent and highly regarded. He recently became head of the MS clinic. I have never had big problem with insurance providers. but now they are getting between me and my essential care.
I guess that being 70 with little progression over the decades I will just have my primary care doc provide the meds my neuro was handling. I have Crohn's also and get Entyvio in lieu of MS DMTs since it has a similar mode of action to Tecfidera. I haven't had an exacerbation in many years, If I do I'll just go to the ER.
At least I won't have to lay motionless in a noisy tube again.
