This is an update on a previous post but to recap
01/08 to 01/13 - did 3 pills of estridol and 1 testosterone gel pump each day as priming
01/16 - Baseline appointment. My Estrogen is at 119 which they tell me that is way too high. They want me to come in the next day and if it doesn't drop they will need to cancel the cycle.
01/17 - take bloodwork. Estrogen drops to 55 so they have me start stims that same night
450 gonal F 60 low dose HCG 1 pill of provera 1 pill of low dose aspirin
01/21 - first monitoring appointment. Just bloodwork done this day. My Estrogen now dropped to 22. They tell me that is way too low. They will increase my gonal to 550 and Hope my Estrogen rises
Today 01/24 - Ultrasound and bloodwork done. My Estrogen rose to 55. I got excited because it did rise
They call to tell me that is too low it should be at 84 at least. They tell me I'm not responding to the meds to stop all medication.
I don't know where I went wrong...probably no where. I don't know who or what to blame but if for sure hit me harder than I thought I would.
I have an appointment on Wednesday for a "cycle review"
Kinda hard to be hopeful honestly

Hi! I currently have a bit of a dilemma. I’m currently studying a Bachelors in a Go8 uni, and after I graduate I want to take a year off before applying for the Graduate Diploma of Teaching in Aus. After that, I’d want to trigger the 485 in order to do said teaching.
However, I don’t know if the Grad Dip would allow me to trigger the 485; the eligibility says it would allow it if it is related to my bachelors, which I suppose it is as id be teaching that subject, and it is completed the same year or the year after the previous degree. There is also the 2 year rule, which I’m pretty sure I fulfil, but it is just a little confusing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’d ideally not want to do a masters as that would be more money.

Sime of my dental clinics were compromised due to their sale rep sending malicious emails. While SAT failed, Huntress ITDR nullified all threats on my end.
That said, I wonder if anyone should be using Ray America for equipment sales, as in the same email Dongyoon Kang notified the clients of this BEC, and promises they are improving security, is where they CC'd all their clients.
I really wonder what they are doing for security, if they are not even respecting their clients data.
Aside from reccomending a different vendor, what level of concern should I have with this relationship to some of my clients?
Are any working with Ray America? Anyone know of alternatives for CBCT suppliers for dental clinics?

Focal clears, hart audio cable in purple terminating in 3.5 with a 1/4 adapter screwed on, and a schiit stack consisting of a wood interconnect, modi + and magni piety. I also have a 3d printed bracket i can include that lets you hang up the stack underneath a desk.

2025.01.24 19:50 ShinakoX2 Support artifacts for Nahida and Zhongli

My usual team comp is Keqing Fischl Nahida Zhongli. Nahida runs Deepwood and Zhongli runs Tenacity of the Millelith.
I've been thinking about switch Zhongli over to Archaic Petra and Nahida over to Tenacity. That way I'll still have the shield and ATK buff from Tenacity, and while getting the extra damage bonus from Petra.
This will lower Nahida's personal damage, but since most of the team damage is from Keqing and Fischl it should result in a higher team DPS. Team damage calculators seem to confirm this.
Is this a good idea to squeeze some more dps out my team, or is there some reason not to do it that I'm missing? I do eventually plan to replace Zhongli with Xilonen.

My AC system was fine until recently and I had it charged myself with the acpro thing. Then it went out again. It happened slowly while I was driving on the highway, it was cold then slowly became nothing. Slight hiss noise when there was no more ac. Then I got it professionally charged again and they said there is no leak just low pressure. They charged it up more but now it isnt cold anymore. Both points of contact for the ac system never had caps on top of the nozzles so Id suspect it wouldnt be leaking from there right?
