I’m not looking for medical advice, I’m mostly looking for how to deal with this emotionally or advice on how to stay on track.
I’ve been dealing with chronic illnesses for the past 5 years that have given me pretty bad chronic fatigue. As a result, I was incapable of exercise for a long time. My body has gotten horribly out of shape. I’ve never been super athletic, but I used to do stuff like take difficult uphill hikes or bike for 15 miles and feel pretty good doing it. Now I always lag behind on hikes over flat ground and often have to call it quits very early on. My body feels stiff, weak, and tired all the time.
I’m finally starting to make progress in my treatments and I feel well enough to start back up with some very light exercise. I thought I’d try yoga, since I’ve enjoyed it before. Immediately it became clear how much weaker my body was, and I couldn’t even finish the 10 minute video before I was crying. I didn’t anticipate how emotional it would make me to have to directly face how weak and stiff my body has become.
I guess I just wanted to know if anyone here has gone through something similar and could share any advice or words of encouragement for dealing with this “getting back into shape after an illness” process. I’m considering finding a personal trainer or going to a yoga class, but the main obstacle for me is shame. Getting help means I’ll have to show other people how weak and incapable my body is, and that mortifies me.
I like doing YouTube yoga and workouts and would love to find a channel that maybe specializes in getting back into shape during recovery or after illness/trauma/addiction/etc.

It is TIME when a boy, was found near a village TIGERS' DATE crying in midst of smokey summers of 2003. Villagers thought he might be abandoned by his parents. His care took place in an Orphanage named PARADOX. He was two years old when he was found. He was named Curem by Father Asberd and Lady Jane. He was a child with high Intelligent Quotient. He solved full Trigonometry including Inverse Trigonometry when he was just 7. He started Calculus in the age of 9. He wrote a book TrigoCalcula in 2013 after his discovery of Calculus' new method of solution. He was too much curious about space and time. He started reading Quantum Science from the age of 15. He touched Adolescence in the age of 16 and found himself to be bisexual, have interest in both, the boys and women ☕. He was more like boy or a Gay.
He thought to invent Time Machine but the Time don't give him the right to invent Time Machine due to lack of money and materials. He started earning the next year. He got enough much money since 2025 when he was 22. He got his way on to discover the time material called 'QuantumN16' Element brought out by the newly came The VishNuians from there VishNu Galaxy co-accidently. This element allows the fundamental Quantum Physics to breake the fabric of Space and create a hole in Time called WARM HOLE. Curem, just before inventing the Time Machine he entitled it with the name 'The Predestinator Wonder 8'. Only because of the consequences created the universe, Doppleganger Curem slapped Original Curem and told him What NOT to do and what to do to travel well in Time and don't break his own time machine or being robbed by his ownself. So Curem understood the situation that the Doppleganger Curem was robbed by his ownself who stole his Time Machine. Curem thought to get the Idea of upgrading the Time Machine and put the Doppleganger Curem in his own time and then do whats right for the universe.
He Upgraded Time Machine Two days later just at the time when the Doppleganger Curem travelled back in timet. He sat with the Doppleganger and put Doppleganger two days ahead. But suddenly Doppleganger came to a rivalry decision that he must Rob his ownselve's i.e., Original Curem's Time Machine to do what's right and undo the inevitable. He robbed Original Curem and accidently put Original Curem in past four days at the time when Doppleganger Curem met Original Curem at first position.

[20/02, 6:54 pm] Lightning Prince: Then RealTime Curem came to a decision there is no Multiversal existence of beings. RealTime Curem met PastTime Curem of that time told the same way of being robbed by himself and blablabla. He did the same thing to get back his Time Machine not by the Robber but by himself and sent PastTime Curem in the Past Four days the same thing done by the Doppleganger Curem by the RealTime Curem and the infinity Cycle goes on.
The RealTime Curem was left with his company THE EIGHTH WONDER in that time with his Time Machine and decided to do nothing with the Time Machine, and just stop. He announced in front of SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY, “I was very right to name my Time Machine, The Predestinator Wonder 8 and my Company, THE EIGHTH WONDER because I did the Predestination just like the Bootstrap Paradox on which theorem I named my company. So on total there lives only one paradox confirmed i.e., The Bootsprap Paradox and now I name it The Predestination Paradox”. RealTime Curem, after the Incident of the Predestination wrote a book, ‘NO MULTIVERSE’ and its Sequel, ‘THE PREDISTINATOR’ followed by the his own biography book, ’THE PREDESTINATOR's HEIST’. The starting two books were released in 2027 and the latter in 2028. He cancelled the Project ‘The Predestinator Wonder 8’ and married Curie his lookalike and sexy women, who knew that Curem is bisexual but did'nt care that. That made Curem really fell in love with Curie. She fell in love with Curem and got married in 2029 in the age of 26 of Curem and Curie of 28. He was gifted with a beautiful child named Asberd on the name of his Father in the orphanage PARADOX. But Destiny was not meant for good endings. Suddenly in year 2032 when Asberd was 2 years old, Asberd was found lost. Curem and Curie rushed the police station work and every impossible oppurtunity to find their Asberd but they never got him. Then Curem decided to go in past, on the day of Asberds Losing. He sat on his Time Machine, 'The Predetinator Wonder 8' and said Curie, “I will find him.” ------------End of Episode 2-------------

2025.01.24 20:00 KrattBoy2006 A Lion Guard Episode I Wish They Did.
I may have commented this take before but I think it deserves its own post.
When I first saw "Never Judge a Hyena By Its Spots" and saw a good hyena, I liked it. It was a good episode for all of the reasons people would assume, (having a good hyena).
As Season 1 progressed and we saw more villains, with said villains often being counterparts to the heroes such as Ono vs. the Vultures, Beshte vs. the Crocodiles, and Bunga/Fuli vs. the jackals (I would've included Ushari but he's not a villain until Season 2), I thought that we would've gotten a recurring theme where each member of the Lion Guard would the good animals of their respective villain counterparts. Essentially with Jasiri's debut being the start of this theme.
For example, we see Beshte meeting a peaceful & docile crocodile (this was pre-Makuu redemption, and oh yeah there's a comic with a similar premise), Ono meeting a friendly vulture that actually scavenges, either Fuli or Bunga making a jackal friend or alternatively give Dogo a redemption, or failing Bunga in that last regard, have an episode where Bunga befriends/rescues Ushari, having him learn to be more careful, and having Ushari learn how to be patient (looking back on this idea, you could have Mzingo take Ushari's spot in the S2 premiere, which wouldn't change much).
Like, I don't agree with the take that the Guard "stops predators from hunting/is starving them" because it's clear they hunt in unethical ways that involve tresspassing, stealing, overconsumption, and poaching, ect. But I do agree that the show having an equal ratio of good:evil predators would've been a lot better, and probably would've offset that idea.

For a long time I ran Pirelli P-Zero's on almost everything, But now I have a heavy SUV and not a sportscar, it doesn't make sense. I'm at that time when i need to pick new tyres for it. Currently has some Pirelli Scorpion Verde's on it which have lasted about 18,000 miles. I haven't had to think about tyres in a good few years thanks to all-inclusive leasing so a bit out of touch with what's decent now.
My options are (for the size i need)
Kumho Ecsta PS71 - £195 Bridgestone Potenza XL - £220 Bridgestone Alenza XL - £230 Goodyear Eagle F1 ( Asymetric 3) - £225
I'm most likely going with the Bridgestone Alenza's as they are apparently designed for SUV's and have more confidence they'll perhaps last a little longer. I have however, never run bridgestone tyres before.
Would anyone actually choose the Kumho's out of this list? I've heard they wear a lot faster and therefore a false economy , plus believe in spending more on the only bit in contact with the road (or am i throwing money away?) .

Ernst Zündel (1939-2017) was a German-born publisher, author, and civil rights activist.
In 1983, Sabina Citron, founder of the Canadian holocaust remembrance association, filed a private complaint before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal against Zündel for a 28 page pamphlet he had published in 1977 called “Did 6 Million Really Die?”
In 1984, the Ontario government joined the criminal proceedings against Zündel based on Citron’s complaint, and Zündel underwent two criminal trials in 1985 and 1988 for the charge of “spreading false news.”
To wage the legal battle that was forced upon him, Zundel brought together an impressive all-star international team of researchers, historians, scientists, legal specialists, scholars, and experts to aid in his defense.
As a result of the two trials, an enormous quantity of evidence and testimony challenging the prevailing historical narrative was presented to the court under oath and thereby made part of the permanent public record.
This thread will shed light on the evidence, testimony, and explosive revelations from his trials.
Prior to the trial, the jewish defense league, now classified as a terrorist organization, protested the trial, made numerous threats on Zundel’s life, and planted a pipe bomb at his house in an attempt to silence his testimony from seeing the light of day.
Raul Hillberg, star witness for the prosecution and foremost holocaust expert, admitted under oath that “no written record exists that h|tler ever ordered the mass extermination of the jews” and that there is “no single report about gas chambers or correspondence to prove it”
Arnold Friedman, a key witness to the prosecution, who was at Auschwitz, testified he “saw prisoners marched towards the gas chambers and saw smoke and flames rise from the chimney” Upon cross examination, he stated he “never actually witnessed any mass executions or gassings.”
Rudolph Vrba, an Auschwitz escapee, wrote in his memoir that 12,000 jews were killed per day in the camp and he had personally witnessed the gassings. He then testified that his memoir was dramatized and served as an “artistic representation rather than a historical event.”
Robert Faurisson, a professor of literature, testified for the defense that there was no physical evidence of gas chambers, mass execution orders, 6 million was a lie, and that the structures that were currently standing at the camps were actually reconstructions.
Russell Barton testified on behalf of the defense that during his time stationed with the Red Cross at the Bergen Belson camp,, he saw no evidence to support a German policy of systematic extermination and testified that the deaths were primarily a result of starvation and typhus
Thies Christophersen was sent to Auschwitz as ascientist researching the development of synthetic rubber. Working side by side with the inmates, Christophersen testified that Auschwitz was a clean and happy work camp, and there was no evidence whatsoever of gas chambers.
Dr. William Lindsey, an American industrial chemist, testified that zyclon B was used for delousing both prisoners and officers, and its application as a mass gassing agent was a physical impossibility.
Ditlieb Felderer testified on behalf of the defense that during his 27 visits to Auschwitz, he witnessed an Olympic sized swimming pool, a banquet room, a sauna, a dance hall, and an orchestra that would perform for the inmates. He described the alleged gas chambers as a fake.
Jewish Prof. Roger G. Dommergue gave written testimony that was presented to the court on behalf of the defense that all that was really known is that 6 million people that didn’t exist, died in gas chambers that nobody ever saw, on orders that were never given.
Zündel took the stand and testified in his own defense. He explained to the court how his beliefs were formed through years of tireless research in search of the truth and fueled by his desire to rid the German people of the stigma that was a direct result of a historical lie.
Ivan Legacé, a cremation expert, testified for the defense. He refuted that 4400 bodies were being cremated daily at Auschwitz, claiming it was “preposterous and outside the realm of reality.” He stated that the maximum possible number of cremations daily was 184
Zündel commissioned Fred Leuchter, a gas chamber expert, to travel to Auschwitz, Treblinka and Majdanek to conduct a forensic analysis of the alleged gas chambers. He sampled the soil and brick, took measurements, drew floorplans, and sent the samples to a lab for analysis.
Fred Leuchter’s explosive report compiled from his forensic analysis of the alleged gas chambers and gave irrefutable proof that the chambers were incapable of supporting hydrogen cyanide gas for the purpose of mass execution and HAD NEVER BEEN USED AS GAS CHAMBERS
On 8 May 1995, Zundels Toronto residence was set on fire, resulting in $400,000 in damage. A group that called itself the “Jewish Armed Resistance Movement” claimed responsibility for the arson attack. The group had ties to the JDL and Meir Halevi.
The phrase “6 million jews d€ad” was used over 245 times from 1865 to 1945. NOT ONCE WAS IT EVER TRUE.

David Irving testified for Zündel, stating that”There isn’t a shred of evidence that H;tler ordered the mass extermination of the jews” He produced evidence in court that the British psychological warfare executive engineered the gas chamber story as atrocity propaganda.
On dated August 27, 1943, Victor Cavendish-Bentinck, head of the British Psychological Warfare Executive, admitted that there was not the slightest evidence that ‘gas chambers” existed and that such tales of their alleged existence were employed solely for propaganda purposes.
