Hi, quick query - our neighbours have planning consent to extend their house by 1.5-2m at first floor over their ground floor extension.
When calculating our own extension I assume we can only apply for planning within 45 degrees horizontally of what is built, or not what is consented, as if they don't construct their first floor extension and the consent lapses, we have exceeded what would be allowable.
Our house is in a Conservation Area, so Permitted Development Rights do not apply.
Can someone please confirm my assumption is correct, and we should not factor the neighbour's consented scheme into our thinking?

It’s an opportunity to learn to talk to Him and get to know Him. It’s a time to develop a deeper relationship where He’s not just a Sunday morning God, but all through the day, in your thoughts, you talk to God as you’d talk to a friend. God will be as involved in your life as much as you want Him to be. If you keep Him in a Sunday morning box, He’ll stay there. But He wants to be so much more than that. Sometimes with all the busyness of life, with all the people, the activities, we don’t make time for God. That’s a mistake. Make sure you keep Him first place.
Prayer For Today “Father, thank You that I can seek You with my whole heart, knowing that I will surely find You. Thank You that I can live my life passionately, with a desire to go deeper with You. I'm normally reserved and anxious around other people, but when I relax around someone, I can get really talkative and can easily jump from one topic to another. I'm worried I'm going to bore people or end up talking about things they don't care about. I don't want to end up as that guy who only talks about his own things and doesn't let others get a word. I have had the same pc for 8 years and I'm planning on building a new one since I have started getting my own money. I have only basic knowledge when it comes to pc parts. I ordered a 9800x3d a little while back as it was never in stock, but wanted to wait to see how things would look on the gpu front with the 50-series coming. Now that it's out, I feel just as lost, if not more. I was originally planning on a 4070 ti super. Is this still a good choice since I'm planning on this pc to last a while?

My husband and I have been together for 7 years and married for 5. We have issues in the bedroom since we got married and I’m extremely sexually frustrated because of it. I also was verbally and mildly physically abused by my family and left home and married him and I’m still struggling to recover from the trauma even though I’m on good terms with my family. Something I struggle with is saying extremely hurtful things when I’m angry. (Eg: calling him impotent, poor, saying he is a loser etc) The other day during one of these fights, he grabbed my face and sunk his fingers in and hurt me. It was in response to my verbal abuse. I can’t decide if the fact that it was in response to me verbally hurting him make it okay to hurt me? I don’t know if I should forgive him. He has done minor physical abuse before like pushing/shoving, etc but hadnt done anything in over a year but this time my face bled. Also does the scar look bad? Thoughts?
Tldr : is physical abuse in response to verbal abuse ok?
