Basically I got hacked over a year ago in September 2023 and managed to get my account back in October. You can see my posts here as to what happened with all that. Basically, the hacker spent over 500 dollars and after I got my account back they refunded. It's been an year since my account is banned. I contacted hoyo support regarding this and I thought they wouldn't ban me because of the situation. But they did. Now I tried to log in and saw that my account was banned until 2035 due to illegal activities... I'm guessing it's been banned since 2023 November. Now, my questions are, 1. Is it too late to request an unban? Because the first time definitely didn't work and they banned me anyways. 2. If not, what can I do- what would be the process and should I try again? I really hope I get my account back.. even though it's been an year. If you guys know anything regarding this, please reply. Your support will be much appreciated <3

I’ve been working at my current job for less than a year. It’s a medium-sized company and I really enjoy the work I do. Despite only having worked there a short time, I’ve made great impressions on my coworkers and there’s potential for me to move up in the company. While I could possibly find another job somewhere else and make more money, I’m not really keen on making things awkward in my workspace or losing my job. All that said, I’ve had a massive crush on one of my coworkers since I met him.
To the best of my knowledge, he’s single. We don’t get to interact often because we work in different departments. He’s always been really lovely to me and has always been extremely helpful even though we don’t work directly together. His loveliness toward me is probably just his personality, so I don’t think he really goes out of his way to be extra kind or extra helpful with me. He’s been with the company for more than a decade, worked his way up from the bottom to his current position, and everyone who’s ever worked with him, on every level, speaks extremely highly of him. No one at work knows that I have a crush on him. I am way too awkward to flirt so I don’t even try, I don’t go out of my way to talk to him…
When one of my coworkers left, one who knew me better than anyone at the office because we worked very closely together, I told her how I felt about him. She was really surprised because she felt I’ve always been really professional with him and felt that everyone in the office would be just as surprised. I’ve never had an office crush before and, while I wouldn’t normally take this long to make some kind of move, I’m worried about the impact that revealing my feelings could have on my job and workspace if he doesn’t feel the same way.
I don’t think he would be unkind if he didn’t feel the same way, and I also feel like he wouldn’t tell anyone in order to keep me safe from ridicule, but I feel like any friendship we could form would be killed by telling him and I would definitely be really embarrassed. But I also feel like maybe telling him would help me relax a bit around him. And there is a possibility he could like me, too. I don’t know what to do. I’ve been hoping that the feelings would go away with time but they’ve only gotten stronger. It’s awful. What should I do? Leave it as it is or ask him out?
the company has no rules against dating (surprisingly) but it does have a detailed harassment/retaliation policy. I, personally, wouldn’t consider dating someone I worked closely with but he and I don’t ever *need to interact.
**I think another coworker he’s close with has a crush on him, too, and she and I are becoming more friendly (she’s a sweetheart). Revealing my feelings for him, if she does have a crush on him like I suspect, would definitely harm my relationship with her if she finds out. They’ve been friends and colleagues for years.

Look, this isn’t valorant or R6, it’s closer to OW. If you can’t rank up out of bronze and silver, it’s two things: not enough games, and/or skill gap. Just take an off angle. They can’t even shoot you. If you can’t shoot them, play witch. It’s what I do, I suck at DPS. Easier glide out of bronze after reset than healer.

There’s a school I sub at frequently and everyone there is always very friendly, welcoming , and thankful of the work I do. Recently I have had to work side by side with an ELL teacher who pushes into a few of the grade classes. She treats me like I absolutely have no idea how to do my job and I would almost consider it her treating me like I’m a lesser human because I’m a substitute. I’m going back to college to become a teacher after my first degree not working out. And since I plan on seeing this through I’ve been doing lots of studying on teaching methods so I can be more than a “glorified babysitter” I work really hard and I’m not sure if I’m taking this too personally or if other people have dealt with being treated as less because they’re a sub. I’ve very passionate about teaching and working with this woman makes me feel like I’ll never be good enough.
