Hey yall,
The headset I’m referring to is the HyperX CloudX wireless headset for Xbox Series S/X
I’ve had this headset for years, and recently started having this issue where, at any given time, my mic would suddenly turn my voice into what my friends would describe as, “talking through a microwave” or “talking through a hail storm”. And I won’t know it’s happening until they tell me.
Since it’s been a few years, I figured I’d buy a new one, and since I’ve always loved this model, I bought the exact same one. And it had the exact same issue.
Not willing to try another model, I figured I’d give it one more shot, and got a 3rd headset shipped in. And as you could probably guess.. it keeps happening.
So I’m curious, do I have to try another model, or is there a deeper issue I need to address? I’ve tried to adjust settings on my Xbox but none seem to fix it.
I have a hard time believing that 3 headsets all have the exact same problem, and that it’s not some deeper issue I can’t pinpoint.
If anyone has any ideas for trouble shooting, or any idea what on what my problem may be, please do let me know. Thanks in advance.

I’m not sure where to start to answer this question. What am I supposed to integrate if I don’t have the equations?? I tried to create a piece wise function on my graphing calculator to replicate this shape to give me an idea on what to do, but I’m lost. It says perpendicular to the base which I’m assuming it’s talking about the vertical line. But that’s it, I’m not sure where to start.
My piecewise that I created on graphing calculator:
X= |Y/6| , -6 is less than or equal to Y and Y is less than or equal to 6
Y= 6, 1 is less than or equal to x and x is less than or equal to 2
Y= -6, 1 is less than or equal to x and x is less than or equal to 2
X= 2 , -6 is less than or equal to Y and 6 is less than or equal to 6

I recently started a Chorfs game and after a hot minute of curb stomping some ogres and traitor kin I was ramping down as I prepared for the evitable blinding pain Grimgor was going run through me with like an unwanted suppository that and realized I couldn't turn off some of my buffs, notably for my infantry. All my other units were cleared but not them.
It's been about 5 turns. Am I missing something or is this just bugged?

So me and mi SO are setting up a home media server and i downloaded a mkv. link and ran it from the media server (we are nuking it anyways we were just setting it up as a test).
Windows defender caught it and i deleted it. It was a XMRigMiner. I also ran malwarebytes and it didn’t detect anything, and my no strange processes are running in task manager
Should i do a clean reinstall of windows?

I had a maddening problem with PLM communications. I ended up buying a used dual-band repeater and multiple other misguided things (involving soldering, moving breakers, etc...) and finally identified that the "thing" causing my interference was the present of a basic surge-protection power strip on the same outlet as my PLM. I have a 4-plug "utility" outlet right beneath my panel and next to my ISY controller, so it was perfect...
Anyhoo, I'd like to keep using stuff off a power strip in that location (my workshop desk is also there). What is it exactly about the power strip that's interfering with the PLM (and no, it's not just that one..I got a brand new surge-protecting strip at HD and it behaved identically)? Is there a magnetic shunt I can put on the cord that'll help with this? If I plug in the power strip via a short extension cord to an outlet in the next room (which is on the very next breaker, opposite phase, in the panel), there are 0 issues.

I've been using the MX Master 3 mouse and recently transitioned from Logitech Options to Logi Options+. In the original Logitech Options software, the gesture button was highly responsive, requiring minimal movement to execute commands. However, after switching to Logi Options+, I've noticed a significant decrease in gesture sensitivity. Now, I have to move the mouse extensively to perform the same actions, which disrupts my workflow.
Has anyone else experienced this decrease in gesture sensitivity after moving to Logi Options+? Are there any additional settings or workarounds that can restore the responsiveness of the gesture button? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

2025.01.24 20:41 RL_Grindr Those of you who are experienced with DAR - if you were to start all over again from day 1, knowing what you know today, how would you go about training it?
After 8 years of playing RL, I’m finally endeavoring to invest the time learning and training DAR. i know a lot of muscle memory simply comes down to reps and time, but I’m sure there are more efficient ways to go about learning it quicker too.
What are some things you learned along the way that would’ve served you well, had you known them from the beginning?
(I’m playing on PC).
