2025.01.24 20:18 SoCalledAdulting How to deal with extremely overfamiliar neighbor?
I've had a new family move in - a couple and 2 kids. I went downstairs to knock on their door just to let them know that the noise was a bit loud.
The man is one of those suave, salesman roadman, that called me bro a billion times, physically made me come inside to meet his family, insistent to the point it was uncomfortable and he was overly familiar and friendly.
It's weird because he's saying nice things like oh anytime you need a meal, you need financial help, you need xyz I'm here. Then asked for my WiFi and says he's happy to pay 2/3 going forwards.
I promise you I'm not crazy like it's when all the nice things are being said to you but you know that overfamiliarity will come with a cost, and he will now feel comfortable to ask for more. I stupidly even gave him my number just so I could get out of there
I was so anxious the whole time and it doesn't help that I'm gay which he hasn't clocked yet, but it's giving he is gonna be retracting the bro very quickly and I cannot keep up the bro talk
I'm just a bit shell shocked because in 2 years of being here I've had a very 'keep to myself' approach and have preferred it that way.
Not to mention it's still loud AF so this all amounted to nothing

2025.01.24 20:18 arrrghzi Is Steam bought Warlords compatible with Ubisoft bought base game?
I bought Division 2 on Uplay on launch and quit playing before Warlords because they were fucking around with the gear stats and perks so much I felt like all my time was being wasted. I'm interested in dipping back since it's on sale and Destiny 2 is a shitshow right now.
Anyway, if I buy Warlords on Steam, does it just give me a code to activate on Uconnect or whatever or do I seriously need to rebuy Division 2+warlords on steam? This is mostly a store issue because my Uconnect thing doesn't allow me to pay with paypal, which is my preferred payment method (dunno why they removed it) so I would rather just buy it on steam if possible.
Also, sorry for asking here but I can't even see a ubisoft customer support email I can ask for this.
