2025.01.24 20:31 arctia Reminder that there is already a "pci-e riser cable"-like-connector inside the 5090 FE. If you plan to use buy a 5090 FE for your itx build but your itx case needs a riser, IT MOST LIKELY WONT WORK
It's as title says. Same logic apply to vertical mounts, any extenders most likely won't work because you are technically chaining two riser cables together.

2025.01.24 20:31 BlizzardPeon Ubisoft Connect Sucks
Every single time I open trackmania, it will say I'm not connected to Ubisoft connect. So i close out, check and see that ubisoft connect is just fine, but still wont work. Only thing that works is force closing or logging out of ubisoft connect and relaunching. Am I the only one with this issue?

2025.01.24 20:31 decentgangster Would Brad Pitt's endurance in terms of good looks superseed a shorter prime of likes such as Alain Delon in determining overall attractivness of a man in retrospect?
I know that objectively, at his peak (around Legends of the Fall) he wasn't the most attractive man of all time. The likes of Alain Delon, Jon-Erik Hexum, Francisco Lachowski etc. were better looking in their prime (as per objective scale,) but past their prime a lot of these guys withered, while Pitt somehow kept improving his look into his late 40s and even now in his 60s is still quite good looking.
Like if a woman could choose, would she rather be with Alain Delon who would lose most of his looks quite quickly or someone like Brad Pitt who maintained his attractivness through the decades? I know it's hard to know how the man will age, but if there was a way of knowing and in retrospect would Pitt's longevity superseed Alain Delon's prime?

I'm going to be transitioning back into self employment later this year and am working on getting my proverbial ducks in row. Years back I was working as a sub contractor and was using Intuit (QuickBooks and TurboTax) but the prices for that are beyond obscene now.
I'm looking for software that I can use for bookkeeping that will be easily exported or rolled into tax software. Basically filling out the forms I need. I'm not against having to pay for this but again, Intuit is way more than I'm willing to dish out.
Also, it would be a pretty straightforward business, just handyman work basically.

Does anyone here do MMA/kickboxing/bjj/muay Thai while wearing the whoop. I've been taking it off before training because I'm concerned if I block a kick with my arm it might damage the whoop, or in MMA if your trying to control the wrist etc Even though I put it in manually afterwards I'm afraid it won't give an accurate reading of my recovery. Like a 2 hour MMA session would have a big impact on recovery, so it might tell me I'm recovered when I'm not Any advice would help
