Hello, this is mainly for those who have had their injury for at least two years or more. I’m a 31M with an incomplete SCI at t9 t10. I just hit my two years of post injury and I almost back to normal, the only thing that hasn’t changed is my ability to pee on my own again; therefore, I am still using catheters. Back when I had my injury and until a few months ago I was on a “bathroom schedule” to make sure my bladder is functioning properly and avoid UTIs. Now I feel I don’t need it since I can see at what times I could really “go to the bathroom”
Do you guys have changed your bathroom routine or would you still recommend keeping my bathroom schedule? How many of you were able to regain control of your bladder? Did you do any sort of therapy or intervention?

Hi, I have a good knowledge in investing, but no so with strategical allocation for taxes (new to US). I have a 401k where I use a TDF, a roth IRA with Index funds (70/20/10), HSA (index), HYSA (Cash) I also want to invest a big portion of my HYSA into stocks (I do research and invest in undervalued stocks that I plan on keeping for couple years)/. Hey everyone,
So I’m looking to clear some of my debt and looking for ways to hopefully make it so I’m spending a little less each month.
So basically I have around $3500 of debt from credit and loans and then including my student loan it would be around just south of $20,000. The student loans I’m not really stressed about, im not really stressed to much about any of my debt tbh not in like I don’t care about it way, more of that it’s not causing me stress from lack of finances if that makes sense. I’m making all my monthly payments on time and not having to worry about not having rent, grocers and etc.
I made some stupid decisions by getting items through affirm and fairstone, I was impatient and stupid and just wanted the stuff now because I couldn’t be bothered to wait, I know very stupid and not worth it. I made these purchases when I was still in school and had way less income then I did now and couldn’t be bothered to save. And then I have around $1700 in credit card debt spread across two cards. $500 on one and $1200 on another. I’m making all my payments on time and have a payment history of 100%
Now here’s what I’m looking for, in this past year I have decided I want to take my finances more seriously, I’ve been stupid with my money and spending stupidly. For my personal finances, I don’t have any dependents, leases, or mortgages I have to worry about, my monthly income is around $3680 before taxes, and my monthly expenses is around $1000-$1250 this is including rent, groceries, transportation, and entertainment like streaming services and the such. Now I also do regular side jobs in film but those aren’t all the time and the pay can be anywhere between free or $2000 so I don’t really include that into my budget. What would be some recommendations for paying off this debt quickly? I’m not really looking to pay off my student loans quickly right now, mostly just looking for advice on the credit and loans debt. I’ve heard that balance transfers are really good and I do like the idea of only having to pay my monthly amount once rather than several different ones spread across different accounts.
Any advice at all would be great! Thanks so much!

 | I was commiserating about a heat bulb exploding on one of my snake tanks and having to completely strip her enclosure. A few days earlier we were talking about bioactive vivariums and how he has colonies of springtails and is starting a dairy cow isopod colony (among other things). Next day he shows up to class with a springtail colony "to help jump start my bio viv". Very thoughtful but I really don't have time to actually set one up, my snake got the same set up just will new glass free substrate. Now I have a jar of bugs on my desk that I'm emotionally invested in that I don't know what to do with. Apparently I'm taking really good care if them because the population has EXPLODED. Suggestions? Advise? They get sprinkles of active yeast every few days (that's the goop in the 2nd picture) and drops of water when it's not humid in the jar anymore. David Hobbs stated they are looking at 300000 BPD when they go to full production, obviously there's the gas as well. Cost per barrel to extract $30 so at $70 a barrel to market that's 12million a day profit and 4.2 billion a year !!. These numbers blow me away, either the share price will be astronomical or a major buys them out and the share price goes astronomical. Is this me just being very optimistic because everything they do seems to be very well thought out not like most other exploration companies
