• M29, célibataire
• CDI en IDF, 90k€ brut/an + 10k€ de primes
• Vie relativement frugal avec ~1500€ de dépenses mensuelles, ce qui me laisse environ 3k€ d'épargne mensuelle
• Je n'ai pour l'instant pas l'objectif de FIRE mais j'aimerais bien pouvoir accumuler suffisamment de capital pour me permettre d'acheter une belle villa, une belle voiture, un bateau, et graduellement monter mon niveau de vie pour vraiment apprécier cette richesse
Mon capital financier actuel :
• 240k€ dans un PEA (150k de versés) - full nasdaq 100
• 60k€ dans CC+livrets+fonds € - c'était en provision d'un achat immobilier, mais quand je fais les calculs, je ne trouve pas ça intéressant.
• 30k€ dans le PEE (bientôt déblocable en partie)
Mon capital immobilier lui est constitué uniquement de parts en nue propriété transmises par mes parents. Au total, ils ont un patrimoine constitué uniquement d'appartements parisiens avec une valeur estimé à 1M5, dont a priori je serais héritier à 50%.
Je n'aime pas prendre ça en compte dans mon patrimoine parce que je considère que c'est toujours l'argent de mes parents et je leur souhaite de le conserver aussi longtemps que possible, pour autant je le précise quand même pour prendre en compte que sur le très long terme je suis déjà exposé à l'immobilier parisien.
J'aimerais explorer d'autres types d'investissements, moins risqués que la bourse pour diversifier un peu mon patrimoine. Je prévois de continuer à investir en bourse (via un CTO et sur des ETF), mais j'aimerais bien avoir aussi autre chose à côté.

2025.01.24 21:20 BuckM11 Anyone settle for a mild amount of inflammation…forever?
My main GI has always pushed for clinical remission. I’ve switched meds a few times and I am currently on my third biologic. I have reached a point where my inflammation is mild but I still have blood and mucus every day (a relatively small amount). The Stelara has helped. But my GI is recommending Rinvoq now in hopes of actually reaching remission.
I recently got a second opinion from a IBD specialist who took a look at my situation and says my disease is so mild that he wouldn’t change course. Just deal with my inflammation and live with it because it’s not impacting my day to day, generally speaking.
Does this sound reasonable? I am just feeling confused.
On the one hand I don’t want to switch away from Stelara because once you stop you can’t go back on it. And it has helped (self injection every 6 weeks). But I still have stubborn inflammation and I just wasn’t expecting the advice to stay the course.

I was using my Olympus Trip 35 for about 6 months when it slipped out of my hands and into some rocks. Ever since, the red flag pops up when I try to take photos.
I’ve fixed cameras before but I never had to make any repairs to my Olympus. Does anyone have any recommendations for what might be going wrong, or resources for where to start diagnosing?
