 | My ferritin and iron saturation is low and my TIBC and UIBC are high but my red blood cell count and hemoglobin is normal. Is there anything specific that would cause this? Iāve been tested for celiac which came back negative. Iām a female and get periods but they are not heavy or long. Iāve never had symptoms of iron deficiency before a few months ago (extremely cold hands and feet, headaches, fatigue, resting heart rate has gone from 45 to 55-60). Iāve also had widespread tendon and joint pain for about a year, cause still unknown. Hi there I have a bit of an issue with my 10 month old Norwegian dwarf rabbit. She's been spayed at 4 months and spends most of her time outside of her cage (free roam house rabbit) she's got tons of enrichment like foraging mats and toys to play with. She's out of the cage about 90% of the time while I'm at home. The other 10% is when I'm eating tea or getting some cleaning done or trying to catch up on work and I put her away. During this time she goes absolutely ham on the bars of the cage. Just incessantly chewing and doesn't stop it drives me insane. Her cage is huge so it's not space. She's got tons of toys and food and hay. There's hides that she can dig out and destroy if she wanted to that cost nothing to replace yet she chooses to constantly chew the bars? Is there anything I can do to stop it. I took her to the vet to see if something was wrong but they said she's fine and just told me to yell and sternly point at her (which does nothing).
She's 10 months We've had her for 7 months The behaviour has always occurred fron day one They were spayed at 4 months

Every week there is a breakthrough, and I realized that I cannot digest this many news in a particular domain any longer. I have constant anxiety of not keeping up with things, as well as a FOMO about the products that I could potentially build.
Sometimes I just want to freeze time in 2007 or so.
Also, I feel some despair about the loss of my main profession (strategy consulting) in a few years. And it looks like nobody seems to have a plan about massive job displacements that will happen soon (perhaps already started).
Anybody feeling the same?

Started doing 911 a couple months ago, and Iāve noticed that even when Iām off shift, the feeling, sights, sounds, and air of being in shift, of the ambulance, the ER, it lingers if that makes sense. I canāt get it out of my head, and itās not distressing per se, but it just makes it hard to really experience life outside of work fully.

Advice needed for managing relationship with dad/stepmom
I had a call with my stepmom over a year ago to try to mend the relationship after I iced out family at an event. Got super triggered from being excluded from family plans and acted out of deep wounds. During the call, she asked if we should have a phone call on a set schedule every week to talk more and I responded with what was actually bothering me, how communication went down when my dad had a serious health issue.
During my dadās health issue, My stepmom was the main point of contact and relayed his health updates. I offered to fly and visit and she told me not to come because:
1) I was pregnant and he had an unknown infection 2) his room was small 3) I couldnāt be helpful because he needed help with bathroom and tolieting 4) I should visit while he was healing and released from hospital
My dad eventually got released and I drove 6 hours while on a work trip in a neighboring state to see him.
On this call with my stepmom, I mentioned that communication surrounding this hospitalization could have been better. She laid into me over the phone saying how wrong I was for not coming to see him. I was so thrown off because of her mixed messages. How can I do anything right?? When we hung up the phone it wasnāt on a good note. I took a screenshot of her text messages and told her I listened to her instructions.
Over a year has gone by and I stay in contact with my mom dad via video calls while heās at the office so he wonāt be talking to me around my stepmom. I have 1.5 year old so my dad has more interest in my life now than prior and has mentioned visiting a few times.
The issue with visits is that my dad and stepmom are a package deal. I wouldnāt imagine my dad visiting without my stepmom. I donāt want a visit from my stepmom. Sheās made zero effort and I havenāt either.
I now realize that my dad should have been the person to tell me whether he wanted me to visit or not when he was hospitalized. Thatās clear now and I will learn from the situation for the future. So I donāt need any help there.
I just need help from people that get it that I donāt want to see or have a visit from my stepmom. How do I let my dad know this next time he brings the topic up?
For context: we live on other sides of the country. Dad and step mom have been together for over 20 years. I am a grown adult. Dad wasnāt very active in my life, ever so I am getting the very little relationship I can have with my biological parent over FaceTime because thatās all I can get without physically going to see them.

2025.01.24 21:19 Sachasasasa 3d Middle Earth [LOTR] (Looking for feedback and help because i have never used blender before)
I recently decided to take on a little project. Im trying to make a 3d version of middle earth within blender.
I don't really know how to use blender efficiently. I basically just made a plane, subdivided it a bunch of times and then used the sculpt tool to sculpt out my terrain.
There are things that I want to do that I do not know how to do. For example, i created a second plane to act as the ocean/sea level, and i want to delete everything on the terrain plane that is below the sea level plane. And i do not know how to do that. I also would like to figure out a more efficient way to draw/do markings on the map.
If you have any suggestions or tips, send them my way and id happily take them into consideration.

So at the moment Iām seeking a diagnosis and fnd is the number 1 thing they are making me see a clinic for AMPS Iām not really sure that that is but all my blood tests came in today and nothing is wrong on that end so now Iām waiting to see a rheumatologist,getting a mri and to soon start physical therapy but I wanted to know if anyone knew what exactly amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome was since Iām still a little confused on it and I was thinking of past things and thought of how I went to a gi doctor for stomach pain for about a year and a half and they said nothing is physically wrong and believe I have something called brain gut syndrome because of all these tests coming back normal and I went to the hospital a lot because my pain would get so bad when I was under a lot of stress and stuff and I feel stressed out now but thatās where all these symptoms are becoming so much worse because thereās so much pressure going on and when I see doctors their first question is if Iām depressed or have anxiety or something does anyone know if all these could be related?
