This year I received about $15,000 in income from social media. I had the money set up under an LLC, as I thought it would be easier for me when it was time to file taxes. I also worked a 9-5 and received a W2 from that job. I would like to file my personal and business taxes separately, but I am not sure how. I want to file my personal taxes asap so I can get my refund, but I am not sure if I am supposed to wait for the business tax form statement to come in the mail, prior to me filing my personal taxes. I read somewhere that I should file a form 8832 which will allow me to file business and personal separately. Is this true? Am I able to file my W2 income first, while waiting on the form 8832 to be processed, and then afterward file my business taxes? I am very confused about this whole thing. Please, any advice is welcomed.

(This is probably a very stupid question) Recently I've realized that I cannot visualize tilted forms in space so I went back to do grid exercises. After practicing for a while I also realized I can ONLY visualize rotation in different povs, but still can't visualize a simple tilted rectangle in space 💀 i can't wrap my head around it and I really need to be able to tilt forms to draw a basic torso, does someone have some exercise/video recommendations? I've seen 3 videos from 3 different people and my head is exploding, yet I feel the concept is very simple??

Hi, I got a 1440p monitor and some of my more demanding games like Hunt Showdown struggle with running at anything higher than low-medium settings with my RX6600 and Ryzen 7 5700G, which was great for 1080p but I think to get the best of the monitor, I need a upgrade. I saw the B580 looks good at $250 but Im worried about performance issues, and theres the debate between waiting for the new GPUs to launch or to buy now. Id perfer new but I could go used if the price for performance is good and I have about $300 right now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I loved the reveal of Hollow Ichigo actually being the Zangetsu, and old man Zangetsu being his Quincy powers suppressing his Shinigami powers.
The main question this revelation answered for me was why Ichigo didn't stomp Byakuya in their 3rd encounter. To me, in the SS arc, Kenpachi and Byakuya didn't seem that far apart in power, so the power boost Ichigo got in his Kenpachi fight, well I always assumed he kept that, then on top of his Bankai I thought it would've been an easy win.
But it makes more sense when I know Old Man Zangetsu was still suppressing a majority of his powes

Saludos, soy una estudiante universitaria que quiere empezar en el mundo laboral. Me gradué de un programa de inglés el año pasado y quiero trabajar en Call Centers. Nadie cercano a mi conoce mucho ese mundo así que acudí a esta vía para recibir un poco de orientación.
Vivo en San Cristobal y el pasaje de aqui a Santo Domingo hace 7k mensual, me interesa saber si es cierto que el proceso de entrenamiento dura 3 meses sin paga, o si el sueldo que normalmente se recibe vale la pena para realizar el trayecto.
Pregunto esto ya que aún vivo con mi familia y me han dicho que no vale la pena ya que todo el sueldo lo voy a invertir en transporte/comida. Y como dependo de ellos, no puedo hacer viajes innecesarios que impacten monetariamente.

This will be a long story, so bare with me.
I used to work in a small local agency " I'm from the middle east" and then shifted to an international, very well known agency considerd to be one of the top places to work at.
When i was interviewed, i stated multiple times that I don't have enough experience and that I'm willing to take the risk and downgrade my title and position for the sake of learning " it was worth it to have such name in my CV ngl". I was accepted eventually without downgrading my position, and was informed that the client i will be handling is a very demanding. I already worked with big names at my old job and with very demanding and rude clients, so how bad could it be, right?? WRONG.
I was put into a 2 hour on boarding session, and then i was on my own. My coworkers were supposed to support, but they were already very busy, no one has time to be with you all the time. Everything was all over the place, it was a living hell to say the least. I was in constant panic attacks, I'd dream of unfinished tasks everynight. I barely slept. There was no system and i was the one who is supposed "to create a system and make the client organized" or whatever the hell that means. I was doing countless mistakes, things that i didn't ever do in my whole 3 years of experience, it was just devastating. The client is always right, there is no limit for feedbacks, there was no system for receiving requests, creatives would be taking A WHOLE DAY just to create one simple piece of content. I was losing my mind. Mind you all of this and I WAS 3 WEEKS IN.
I overstepped my manager and went straight to her manager requesting to switch accounts as it was just too much, this is where i really, really fucked up. It's a huge mistake i will not lie, it was such a stupid and impulsive decision, but i honestly didn't mean anything. I just wanted to work in peace. Where I worked before, even though it was also an agency, was far more organized. There was clear timelines, a system for requests and another for feedbacks. There was no thing such bending over for a client, there where times where we just said no, we will not do that.
I apologized to my manager for what i did, stated that nothing was intentional. I was then sent to HR to have a warning meeting and talk about all my fuckups, this was in the 4th week. I was told that i will be in an assessment for the next two weeks, and see what will be our next steps. Later my manager said that she would be stepping in to support, but the next week " less than 1 business day" she said she will not be supporting anymore because " it was not a sustained system".
I decided to just push through, even though my gut feeling was just to resign, i was so unhappy but i just didn't want to give up. And actually there was good progress, everything started to get a bit smoother, and even the client acknowledged that. I decided to clear the air with my manager and adress a few things that i felt was off in our communication before my assessment, and see what I COULD DO to make the communication better, and i did state that. I was surprised to have backlash from here side, saying " what even communication or delegation that you and I have between each other"
I was then fired the next week, because i was not competent enough, and that the account i'm handeling needs someone with more experiences, and that i was fired because this was the clients request, and they are the one's who are paying so they need to fulfill theirs request.
I'm so hurt, this was a huge bruise to my ego.I already struggle with my confidence, and this just made me 100% worse. I'm so angry that i didn't listen to my gut feeling, that i didn't resign when I had the chance. I'm now afraid to work again, i apply to jobs because i need the money but I literally lost belief in my abilities. This happened a couple of months ago, but there is no day passes without me remembering these awful 5 weeks. Everyone around me says that I'm a hardworker and a great person to work with, but i can't believe them. To me, they are saying this just to make me feel better, saying this out of pitty.
This is just a summary of my experience, there is alot more that I didn't write about.
