Hi everyone
I started on 5mg in October and went to 10mg in mid December. Basically since xmas it's been rough.
I starred checking things were turned off, almost manically and started having to take pictures before leaving the house of bathroom heater etc. I managed not to do that for the whole of last week but did struggle to leave work as the last person on Friday. I went back to check heaters off even though I'd already checked.
I find myself worrying and fixating on things like they are the end of the world. I'm bored but can't play my video games to distract myself.
I think this is end of week 7 of higher dose.
It is calming down but how long do I give it. Is this sort of increased anxiety normal?
I really want this to work but I'm starting to lose hope. It's like I'm scared of everything right now. I don't think I could cope with withdrawal to go back to 5mg or trying again with a new drug.
Please tell me I've still got time for it to settle! I really need this to work.

Napa iyak sya tas hindi ko makalimutan yung itsura ni buknoy na para "bakit ako?"
