First rc car ever so bear with me. I fully charged the battery and the truck would go forwards and backwards at full speed but not turn. I went into my local hobby shop and they fixed the steering, a plug was upside down. Once that was fixed it would only go forwards but very slowly and with no torque, reverse wouldn’t work at all. I tried adjusting the trim, binding and calibrating it. They tested my battery, it was full but couldn’t get it to work. Any ideas?

Hey guys I just started watching the show! A lot of people say Alastor is very manipulative which I agree with. During Hells Greatest Dad mainly, I think he was really just trying to get under Lucifers skin. But I actually think during episode 7 he was being supportive during Ready For This. The tone between the songs is very different, and Alastor stayed at the hotel for a while. Now while I do not trust his deal with Charlie earlier, I think he was being genuinely supportive and helpful. His tone was softer and helpful, verses earlier in the show. Also at the end of the episode he talks about being accustom to being at the hotel and helping. So yeah while I don’t trust him completely, I also don’t think that he will want to hurt Charlie. I think he might hurt Charlie emotionally but regret it in the later season.

hey ya’ll, I’m someone who has had a few videos randomly get a few hundred thousand views, and now I am casually interested in growing my page to maybe make money eventually. something keeps happening where I’ll make a video and it initially gets a lot of likes with a very high view:like ratio, and then suddenly the video will just stop getting pushed. It happened with a few political videos which is understandable, but it’s also happening with like random videos of like my cats. For example, I posted one this morning that within in a minute or so got a ton of movement (250 views, 50 likes, meaning 1/5 people who viewed the video liked it) and now it’s not getting pushed anymore. I am so confused, because I would assume a video with this high a view like ratio means it would get pushed. does anyone have an understanding of why this could be? I get why tik tok would be hesitant to push political stuff but why like my cats?

I used to work as a dishwasher when I was younger. It was hard work, but I liked it. Unfortunately I got schizophrenia and was put on disability. But any unemployed man will want to start working again eventually, so I'm looking at my options. My degree is worthless now, and I need a job that will take just about anyone. But I'm afraid I won't have the stamina and endurance to get through the day. What do you think? Do you see yourself working this job in your forties/fifties, or do you think it's a young man's world?

Just reading through the nations and societies of that time, it seems that the Kushans and eventually the Hunas greatly influenced the region. Gandhari and Sanskrit writing were spreading throughout the region, even becoming official languages in some of the Tarim city-states. Some of the languages like Saka and Tocharian had started using Kharoshti and Brahmic letters. Buddhism was the official religion in the Tarim city-states and Bactria was a center of Buddhist Sanskrit learning and teachings. Chinese writings mention deva (Hindu temples) all throughout Central Asia. Sogdians worshipped Indian deities alongside Iranian and Greek gods.
So say the Caliphate never conquered Central Asia, would it have ended up like Southeast Asia?

so ive come to realization that,i realy realy need to find a new job, im an artist or a crafter for a decade doing som,projects here and have the chance work inside and outside the industry,yet mailap talga yung break, i just entered my 30's now and wala parin ako ipon,my friends and family are getting married building the life they always wanted, and yet here i am stuck, ilove what im doing but it doesnt pay the bills anymore,all the past jobs i did for the last decade of my life was comissions aside fron that i do ,PA works for studios and shoots,i feel like i dont have a confidence to apply for an office job, or bpo job because i lack the experience ,the other day i was making my resume and as i read it sabi ko ito lang pala ang nagawa ko i feel such a loser..maybe i shouldnt have quit college..to pursue this passion of mine,i love making things out of nothing and it excites me ,dadating din pala ako sa time na,ganto i have to choose my financials tlga i was so naive in my younger days, and now i feel lost..

I do very well with managing people below me. People who are above me I can work with to earn their trust and respect. In my current position that I’ve now had for a year since I’ve started, I work alongside 4 other equals and I’ve never been on an even playing field like this.
We all oversee different departments essentially running our own businesses and we all report to ownership. Two of these guys are great. They hustle their butt off and produce results. Together we have become successful through collaboration and would not be where we are without one another. The other two don’t have much experience, and somehow got the job. There has been a divide here and we’ve done our best to try to navigate this, create solutions, build new policies, etc. There is a level of incompetence that remains and it gets in the way of myself and the two others.
I have approached the owner alone and with the others on several occasions. We decide to split differences, create change around it and then ownership lets the other two guys do what they want and everything reverts back to ground zero.
Today I had asked to speak to ownership and was honest that I’m getting to a place that’s unhealthy. I voiced my concerns and how some things are overwhelming and I recognize myself that I am focusing too much energy into this. He said he wants me here long term but doesn’t think I have the patience. He has also voiced that he’s sick of having these talks every couple months and even though he wants me to stay, the thought of firing me has crossed his mind but he can’t do that because of how much value I bring to the company.
I need to lay low and just focus on only myself. It’s hard when I have a set of standards and expectations and other managers do not. It’s like it’s one company but the departments are completely different companies because of how inefficient some places operate.
What is your go to, to stay in your own lane and not worry about the inefficiencies in other areas even if it can impact you? At this point it is crystal clear these people are not going to go anywhere and I have to find a way to make this work. I’m self reflecting and wondering if I’m taking things personally and getting angry over this stuff because I want the business to run smooth when ultimately I can let go of these issues. I have never had 4 equals as a director. There has always been a hierarchy.
