Hi,
I just went to Hyundai for open recalls. They did the inspection as well for free. They suggested to replace Front Brake Pads which is at 4mm now. I have deferred it for now.
Please guide me if I should get them changed at Hyundai dealership only or I can get them at some auto service shop. The hyundai guy said that their brakes are factory made specifically for the model but outside they may use after market brakes.
Please suggest what do people do for this as this is my first time in this situation.
Car is Hyundai Elantra 2020.
THey also suggested to replace Air filter and do wheel alignment - which i believe can be done at any auto shop without much issues.

2025.01.24 23:00 Lil-cloud-999 How long can your gallbladder just ache?
It’s been about a week and a couple days for me. I had bloodwork done and it came back normal. I have an Ultrasound Monday morning to see if it’s inflamed or there’s a blockage/stones?
I’m really trying not to get in my head (I have health anxiety), but it’s really bugging me.
Since Wednesday, I’ve been on a restricted diet, basically nothing except veggies and lean protein.
I guess I would assume it would’ve calmed down by now. At least the sharp stabbing pains after my meals before have stopped. Now there’s just a pretty consistent ache…. Normal?

it took them a bit too long to realize that the galaxy network being aired live was a trick imo. Being aired live is a huge disadvantage in a battle that they are already at a huge disadvantage. I feel like any admiral or captain of a ship would be skeptical instead of tune in and be surprised when they aren't following everything that they saythat battle went a little bit to well for them It kinda feels like plot armor. last time when it was 2v4 it was a big deal but this time it was 1v5 and they destroyed 4 ships (or was it 3?) I guess it did leave the Amaterasu in pretty bad shape. It just feels like this group of cadets has survived way to many hopeless situations

But weren't the engines crew always in the engine room according to their dialogue? The engineers were commenting on the damage reports from the engine/power plant and mentioned cracks in the casing or something. So, because you can't move along the entire ship within a minute or two I always assumed they were there the entire time.

I took a pill to delay my period in December. It worked, but then had a 9 day period once I came off. It was heavy and more painful than usual. Thought this month would be normal, but now I'm on day 9 of my current period. It's not heavy, just a small amount of dark blood.
Anyone else have experienced this? Will my period go back to the normal 5 days next month?

Husband was on testosterone for low testosterone symptoms for 2+ years and he had a vasectomy.
We sought a vasectomy reversal. The doctor first instructed him to stop taking testosterone, and start taking clomid because testosterone supplements act as a birth control for a man.
So he combined clomid and testosterone.
Minutes before the vasectomy reversal procedure, we asked the doctor about the clomid/testosterone combination, and the doctor advised against it as the two cancel each other out, and husband would still be infertile.
His vasectomy reversal was 2 months ago, he still has 0 sperm present, and I just found out today that he's still combining testosterone and clomid against drs orders
