Had an edible every evening the past 3-4 days, which is kind of taking away from the nice sleeps I've been having. Took away a lot of the emptiness / stress in the evenings, but I think I want to cut the cannabis too. The sleep component of being fully sober up to that point was a high in itself.

I know this isn’t unique to esthetics, but I am feeling a little burnt out with people who constantly try to seek free advice.
I have a few friends and family members who constantly ask me “what do you think about ____ (skincare or makeup product)”. 99% of the time, it is for drugstore or Sephora products that they know I don’t like or some weird MLM brand. One family member in particular will semi take recommendations, but goes and finds the product I do recommend from Walmart or somewhere else that isn’t a verified seller. They will also try to get me to perform free services at their house or order them chemical peel solution so they can DIY (an obvious helllll no for me).
I know I have a choice to not participate in these conversations and have stopped engaging in them as much, but it still irks me to be repeatedly asked for free advice.

 | Hi everyone, I am currently on an ultra wide 34” / Vr headset however I would love to switch to triples. I have space for a total width footprint of the rig of 100-120 cm. I was wondering if I could fit 32s 1000R curve or 27s 1000/1500R curve or if it would be better to go on flat screens. I made this simulation for 32s in 105 cm total width. Hope that someone that has more experience than me on the topic could help. The rig add width to the total footprint with triples? I have an integrated monitor mounted to the rig (TREQ) I was planning to upgrade to triples with its own single to triple mod. Hi everyone. Does anyone know if there any stats published from UCD, RCSI, Limerick and Cork regarding med interviews/admissions?
I'm just curious how competitive it is to get an interview vs an offer. Do the interview most and then cut it down from there? Or are they very particular about who they interview?
Is it different for Canadian students vs students in Ireland?
I know it doesn't really matter and meeting the requirements is key, but just curious about what their process is.

I’m a sahm, my daughter is about to be a year old and the day finally came where my boyfriend asked me “what did you do all day?” I swear I felt my blood start to boil.
I’m starting a class tomorrow that’s Saturdays and Sundays. My daughter is going to my parents tomorrow since my bf has to work. I asked him to help me pack the car with all her stuff so I didn’t have to do it early in the morning. He said yes so I started bringing her stuff out to the car and he just sat on the couch. When I said that he said he would help and just sat there he said “what did you do all day you could have packed the car all day”. This is true but I’m tired of doing fucking everything.
We both take meds for anxiety/depression so I truly get that sometimes you just can’t put your full effort in. However, he’s been like this for months. Normally he is extremely helpful and proactive but the past few months I can tell he’s had seasonal depression and I’m over it because so do I. But I still stay home everyday and take care of our daughter day and night even when he’s home. I’m the default parent. He doesn’t do anything unless I ask. But why do I have to ask? He takes no initiative to bathe her, get her ready for bed, ask what needs to be done or packed if we go out, feed the dog, make sure she has laundry, diapers, wipes, NOTHING! He sits there and waits for me to get up and deal with her if she’s fussing or crying. The other day I woke up at 8 when I heard her on the baby monitor get up for the day and he was sitting on the couch!!! Like you couldn’t get her? You didn’t hear her crying in the room next to the living room? I’m fucking tired of this and it’s just not like him at all. I also have a son from a previous relationship so I knew how he would be moving forward. He’s always been helpful and proactive and I probably sound like a bitch for saying I don’t care that he has seasonal depression but I truly don’t because so do I but my responsibilities don’t stop just because of that.
I also understand he goes to work all day, but as you know we don’t get to clock out because we are with our kids 24/7. And having a job doesn’t dismiss the fact that you are a parent.
And yes I have talked to him about this and he says “sorry I don’t feel like myself lately and I’m tired”. Why do men get to use that excuse? If I said that or felt like that, which I do, it doesn’t matter because I’m a mother. I’m tired of everything being assumed that I’ll take care of it. He gets to shower, sit on the couch, make food, do whatever he wants without worrying about a baby because it’s assumed I’ll do it.

so for context, the day i got my all negative blood test results (i'd been through sa this is not what my potential over reaction is about) i finally went on a walk, it was dark out, my flashlight went caput and i stepped on a needle.
before going to the emergency room for a needlestick accident i double checked what you're goign to expect, the country government website and provincial website both said that hiv pep would be given. that the risk for contracting it was 6-30% that hiv pep had to be taken within 73 hours. i was given an antibacterial and told that hiv contraction and the like was extremely rare so i didnt need tests (i didnt ask for a test i'd only gotten jabbed that evening, im aware it takes time for the virus to be readable its common knowelege.)
so anyways i double checked with the non emergency line after, (this also had a wait time) and they confirmed the er is supposed to give hiv pep. they offered to give me a walk in clinic pphone number, but they suggested it would be quicker to go to the er rather than get into the doctors walk in clinic (which has not been a "walk in" for some time due to the pandemic)
so i went back to the er. the nurses recognised me and said hiv peps are really rare to give out and even nurses dont get them when jabbed. they also asked me what i was doing up still. and then when i asked if i could stay because im scared and dont feel safe they said that i cant because other unhoused people would want to stay (im not unhoused). they were really gentle about it and maybe im reading them wrong but i was up all night and while my inattentive adhd makes caffiene effect me differently, ciprofloxacin is apparently likely to increase paranoia or something? so this coupled with the needle stick and running out of time slowly and agonizingly with two contradictory information types from four seperate sources of professionals. i was not having a good time and sobbed much to my embarrassment.
so im back on the line for the non emergency feeling sick to the stomach and stressed to the point of seeing things again, (small swasticas in the paint, shadow people) and im scared that my sister (a nurse) has pitted the er staff against me and they're trying to give me stds by way of neglect, which i recognize is likely paranoid thinking thats not what the AIO is about. but im scared of dismissing my own fears because that's how i keep getting genuinely very hurt by people so often. and im just... is it worth waiting on the phone line for a walk in clinic number? am i over reacting? im so scared i just got a clean test result i dont want my life to be ruined because i was stupid enough to go outside and enjoy life
im not asking for medical advice im just trying to figure out if it's worth going to a doctor after being denied at the er or if im just over reacting by wanting to see the doctor. because 1. the nurses and doctor at the hospital said it's fine, 2. i struggle with paranoid delusions. and 3. i havent gotten any sleep. (you can probably tell by my writing.)
