so i'm currently still living with my parents. they are both super religious, super Christian people. At church they're always super kind and supportive of others, but at home it's like completely diffrent. they're always the most pissy when they come from from church or bible study.
as their only daughter, there's a lot of pressure on me to maintain my "purity". want to have boy and girls at my birthday party? it's leading to temptation. want to wear a tank top and jeans? sacraficing my purity. they saw me holding hands with a boy? banned and isolated me from all my friends and contacted his parents to let them know he is never to speak to me again because i must remain pure for my future husband. it goes without saying that I am not allowed to date. Nonetheless, i have a boyfriend who i have been happily dating for a year behind their back. we started off trying to work with my parents, having them get to know him and his family, respecting their rules, etc. but one day ( at a hoco date they approved of) my boyfriend bought me a bouquet of flowers. he'd gotten me several before with no issues, but this time my dad went off on a tangent about my worth and purity being compromised and his disrespect of them.
it's all so overbearing. i try and remain christian but honestly im not sure im overly religious anymore. despite that, they force me to go to church anyways. doesn't matter if i have work or school, church comes first.
i have screen time that goes off at 9 where i can't text or be on any apps. privacy is nonexistent and the frequently go through my messages and photos. sleepovers only with one person and ALWAYS at my house. no social media allowed, constantly monitored, have to dress modestly, forced to read the bible with them and more. honestly i feel like im going insane.

Hi all,
I am a 20-year-old female living in the PNW. I've been a runner for 3 years now, and I've mostly focused on shorter distances like 5Ks and 10Ks, with the occasional half marathon. Speed and pacing have always been at the forefront of my training, but now I’m stepping into the world of ultras and interested in trail ultra races.
Coming from road running, is speed as important in the ultra/trail world as it is on the roads? Or is it more about completing the race and embracing the journey? Do you have to be fast to do ultras?
Very new to this world, so sorry in advance if this is obvious information.

hi, fellow fine-haired legends
i am currently on the hunt for products to suit my fine, 1a hair. my main goal is to maintain its health, as i have it at a relatively good place right now and am looking to grow it out healthily. i’m having difficulty finding shampoos, conditioners, leave-in conditioners, and oils/serums that strike the delicate balance of moisture and weight. my hair gets weighed down very easily (shocker) but also gets frizzy and dull, as well as slightly dry from the mid-lengths to ends. my hair can also break easily from mechanical processes like washing and brushing due to fine hair’s innate fragility, so anything to boost elasticity is welcomed too. i’m currently looking at the following lines to address the aforementioned issues:
-oribe hair alchemy
-gisou (in general—shampoo, conditioner, leave-in ((which i already know i like)), oil, etc etc, you get it)
-redken extreme length
-kerastase elixir line (shampoo, conditioner, iffy on the oil)
any extraneous recommendations are welcome, too: i’m not limited to what i listed. i have tried maaaany different popular lines that are typically catered to my hair type (volumizing, thickening) that simply didn’t and don’t work for me so please avoid anything tailored to those goals. i have learned to accept and love my hair’s flatness lmao. i’m looking for bouncy, shiny, smooth, soft, and strong hair. 💫
also my hair is not colored if that helps lol

The current rules don't make any sense for the philosophy of the game. Why keep anyone in if they are faithful? Reduce the number to only 1 you trust the most by constant banishment in the final.
My rule change is: If the faithfuls win the game, for every faithful banished during the final, the prize pot is halfed. This now gives you the incentive to really get the traitors out but keep faithfuls in. If a traitor wins, nothing changes.

 | Court records say one of the shooters who opened fire on US Border Patrol agents, killing one, is former Waterloo student Felix Bauckholt. He also died in the gunfire. Article content One of the shooters was a tweedy, unkempt nerd with long, messy hair, and a penchant for math — and violence. On Monday morning, Felix Bauckholt was a nobody. By the early afternoon, he had drawn the interest of the U.S. Border Patrol. And by dusk, he was toe-tagged in the morgue. Now, the former University of Waterloo math whiz has been named as one of the shooters in the shootout 32 km south of the Canadian border that also killed U.S. Border Patrol agent David Maland, 44. While the FBI said his work visa was current, earlier reports suggested that it had expired. Multiple agents were in on the stop. But according to court papers, within 15 minutes gunfire erupted. WCAX said Youngblut squeezed off two shots aimed at one of the Border Patrol agents. Then Baukholt attempted to draw his gun but, so far, it isn’t clear whether he fired. Both Maland and Baukholt died in the shootout and Youngblut was transported to the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where she remains under guard. Baukholt and his gal pal had been under surveillance for a week after a tip from a local hotel where the pair had been holed up for five days before the shootout. The Vermont State Police bomb squad scoured the couple’s room and car “due to concerns with the vehicle.” While cops didn’t locate any explosives, they did discover multiple laptops, tactical gear, including night vision goggles, a ballistic helmet, dozens of rounds of ammo, two-way radios and two cellphones wrapped in what appeared to be aluminum foil. FBI officials have been unusually quiet and reluctant to release information regarding the investigation, including the names. According to investigators, the feds tried to speak with the duo — who concealed their faces in N-95 masks — but the pair blew them off. Instead, they claimed they were in the area looking to purchase property. Bauckholt’s now-deleted LinkedIn profile says he worked in the New York office of Tower Research Capital, the high-frequency trading firm. He joined Tower in October 2021 following two years at Radix Trading. The German native graduated from Waterloo with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. In 2014 and 2015, Bauckholt won gold and bronze medals at the International Mathematics Olympiad. One online report suggested that the doomed math whiz used the name “Ophelia.” Bauckholt and Youngblut raised suspicions at the Newport City Inn and Suites where they stayed in Room 51. He kept in the shadows, she kept her mask on. “I did ask her to lower it so I could check her ID, and she refused to. But we don’t push the issue when it comes to stuff like that. We just do the best we can,” Chastity Deroehn told WCAX. One local also called the Border Patrol when she noticed the pair dressed in what was described as “tactical-style” clothing. Youngblut was armed and the gun was noticeable in a holster. Investigators later observed Youngblut and Baukholt wearing the same tactical dress on Jan. 19 in downtown Newport. Once more, cops say she was carrying a firearm. Maland pulled the pair over because Baukholt appeared to have an expired visa. Now, Youngblut faces multiple charges in federal court in connection with the deadly shooting. I've been trying to find a discussion about one particular NPC. She's the young woman in the Childhood Arc in the red hood that's boy crazy. She swoons over Richard before she sees him because she heard he was cute. Then she gets over it when she actually sees him and realizes he's 14. But then, when Richard leaves for Barona, she's all sad and calls him cute(?) I think. When we meet her again, Asbel has come back to town. She's listed as middle-age and proceeds to hit on Asbel. It's just something I've noticed.I was wondering if anyone else noticed too.

Hey all question for you fine folks. So I am working on an 2003 2.7 gt. Very basic bare bones. Love the car. So the previous owner screwed up the Left door locking cable and actuator. I got a new cable and the old owner had a new actuator. Got it all installed. Now here is my question. So I can lock the door from insid now, however it doesn't un/lock the right door. I try the right door and it will un/lock both doors. Any ideas what I can be missing? Why would one side do both but the other just does it self.

Hey all, I'm looking for some recommendations on poryable travel oxygen concentrators (or similar).
Figured y'all might have some good advice! (Or ideas for where else to post this question).
Looking for: Something small, battery powered, easily portable and rechargeable. Bonus points if can be recharged via car usb port while driving! Short run time is totally ok. Ideally not terribly expensive but i know they are all a bit pricey.
Background Info: I don't medically need one but have experienced light headedness/feeling like I can't get a full breath with altitude while traveling. My dr has said I could personally purchase one to use in those instances. (My insurance won't cover it)

I have a DV protective order against my ex. Someone told me he bought a gun and was hiding it so I told the police. They served a search warrant on his home and found a 32-round magazine in a tote in his room, 31 rounds of ammunition in the same tote, 3.5g of cocaine in a safe in his closet (the door was open and it was in plain sight), and a pound of marijuana.
His jury trial is next month and I want to know if his story is likely to fly or if it even matters. He claims I dropped off these totes in his driveway and planted the magazine and ammo. Absolutely not true but I don’t know how to prove a negative. He claims the cocaine was his roommate’s. He has a medical marijuana card for the marijuana.
Is the jury likely to believe none of that was his? Does it matter? Would this be considered constructive possession?
