Please help :(
I got my wisdom teeth out just last week and I noticed the left side of my face is far more swollen than the right and there was more pain. I also found that my breath got worse during and after it (idk if that's normal)
Today I found that between two molars on the left side of my face, the gum detached and became inflamed. My gums never bled, receded, or hurt before this. Now I can pull back a piece of my gum and blood comes out. (I would put a pic but I would need 3 hands)
What do I do?
Is this gum disease? Will my gum go reattach? What do I do :(

I need help with two guys at my school. (Spoiler bc of very sensitive topics, very long sorry)
To start off, no, this isnāt dating advice. This is a genuine problem. I am a 16 year old girl in my sophomore year of high school, and I go to a public American school. (Information only shared to show my limitations and provide some understanding) there is these two guys at my school in my second period, I will call them Jay and Z. I may hate them, but I still respect their privacy. This started my freshman year in my algebra 1 class when Jayās friend told me Jay had a crush on me, I didnāt think much of it, I wouldnāt say Iām unattractive now but when I was in elementary and middle school I was only asked out as a joke, so I had absolutely no plan to pursue this guy out of anxiety. I feel itās also worth mentioning that I have cptsd (childhood post traumatic stress disorder) which is usually triggered around guys, so I rarely talk to guys in general and Iām completely content with staying away from them. He would stare at me in class the whole time which made me a little uncomfortable but I didnāt think much of it. He asked me to homecoming and I said no. but my friends convinced me to start seeing him, so I did. That lasted for 3 days. He touched me a lot, not inappropriately, mostly on my arms and shoulder, sometimes my thigh, but it was constantly and he would rub my arm. I reminded him multiple times Iām uncomfortable but he didnāt listen. So I told him I didnāt think I was ready for this kind of relationship and assumed that would be the end of it. I was so wrong. I added him in discord during out short relationship and forgot to unadd him, and I thought we were cool so when he messaged me asking me how I would describe myself, for a picture of me, and how I would describe my appearance, I didnāt think much of it and answered the questions, it wasnāt until the next day in class that he showed me that HE MADE A NSFW AI BOT OF ME. THE PICTURE WAS AN AI GENERATED PICTURE OF ME BUT FATTER. now, I am at most a little chubby, I have a bit of a stomach but thatās it and you canāt even tell through my clothes. And oh my god, this is only the beginning. Now, a few more things happened including making inappropriate comments about me all year, poking and squishing my stomach (without permission, after telling him multiple times not to) and saying āsquishy!ā And even running up to me when I was walking to the bus in the afternoon and picking me up, I had to kick him to get him to put me down. Now, at the beginning of this year, I found out we have the same 2nd period and immediately went to the counselor as of course, Iām not dealing with all that again. I couldnāt help but cry as I opened up to the counselor and told him everything he did and how uncomfortable I was and how I didnāt want to have a class with him out of fear that he would continue this behavior. Now, switching classes isnāt uncommon, itās encouraged at the first week of school if you donāt like your classes, which was when I went to said counselor. He didnāt do anything, he told me switching classes was going too far and instead told me he would email my teacher and tell her to move my assigned seat away from his. So long story short, I was stuck with him and his friend, to describe Jay and Z, the best way to describe them is incels. They called me a āFoidā (which I had to google, is a misogynistic term āFemale humaniodā used by men who see women as objects, as a humanoid is something that seems human but isnāt.) of course, I get partnered with them often, and they constantly make me join their conversations and if I donāt talk to them or ignore them, Z constantly nudges my shoulder and even once attempted to cut my hoodie. Jay constantly refers to me in inappropriate terms and wonāt stop no matter how many times I tell him Iām uncomfortable and constantly says things he wants to do to me (inappropriate things I refuse to mention) recently it got worse and I donāt know what to do. I donāt rlly know how to censor this but Iāll try I guess, Z constantly tells me heās going to do unconsensual things to me or says he wants to force me to do things and I have told him thatās not funny and Iām uncomfortable but he doesnāt listen. He hasnāt physically done anything to me yet but I donāt feel safe and I need advice on what to do, Iām scared to tell my parents as I donāt have the best relationship with them and the school has proven multiple times they donāt care. I have told my 18 yr old sister and she just said Iām over reacting. I told my friends and they have nothing, I even told a teacher I trust and he tried to help but the higher ups refuse to do anything so Iām stuck. I know this is probably dark for this subreddit and I tried to stay in the guidelines, but Iām desperate here. I just want to feel safe in school, please help.

Hello all, I'm in here for my lady as she's pretty shy about things. My questions pertaining to her are about targets on macros. She weighs about 235 and is about 5'10 age 34. Active with me 4 days a week, cardio, lite weights (for her)
Shes looking to get down to about 180-190 range as she feels good there in the past.
My questions are, what protein numbers should she be targeting? I know the rule of thumb says 1g/1lb but that seems excessive.
Also what range would be suitable for her macro counts? A 40p/30f/30c?

So, I worked at the most popular donut franchise in New England for eight years. Over those grueling years I had SEVERAL wild Karens come to my counter...Karens, Kevins, Carols, etc. Here's a few for your drama seeking pleasure:
1) I had just arrived at my place of employment, hadn't even put the accoutrement of my uniform on yet. I see a regular come in, I alert the person behind the counter (who was busy restocking so she was bent down and couldn't see anybody coming)...I let them know by telling them "Latte girl is coming up to the counter." [NOW! This lady had been coming in every few days with a "latte" that was "made incorrectly"...dor the longest time we were to remake beverages that came back to us messed up. It was the policy not to ask questions, at the time. HOWEVER, I don't think this lady thought she would EVER get caught! One day, one of my coworkers popped the top and gave it a whiff-THIS BITCH WAS BRINGING US EXPIRED CHOCOLATE MILK SO SHE COULD GET A FREE MOTHERTRUCKIN' LATTE EVERY COUPLE OF FUCKING DAYS!!] Ahem.....After letting my coworker behind the counter know that "latte girl" was coming, I slipped into the back to put my things away in a locker. I came out and the girl saw-and subsequently stopped me from getting to the computer so I could clock-in. This bXtch proceeded to scream at me that "she heard what I said" and how "I shouldn't be speaking about her like that", etc., etc. I tried explaining that I didn't say anything offensive and that I didn't know her name, I solely knew that she would ALWAYS get a latte. My manager had the office door open at the time and heard both what I had said when she came in and the whole a$$ racket she was making over it. She came out to deal with her and I went to clock in. Later my manager asked what time I ended up clocking-in, dealing with her yelling took me 20 minutes, she said that she would fix my time later and to try avoiding "latte girl".
2) On a seperate instance, "lattw girl" had a boyfriend, or husband, idk, they came in always looking like they were on another planet! (Herine, is a hell of a drug, and it has made itself cozy where I live) The male equivalent to "latte girl" came in with two beverages, his girl's spoiled milk and a plain iced coffee. I could tell that the coffee was one of ours, most likely he forgot to drink it after a hit of whatever was the flavor of droog he had taken and wanted it remade. The policy on remakes was pretty simple, if it was made wrong, we remake it, if you left it in your car for a whole day, in August, that is on you, buddy, and you can feel free to buy yourself a new one...just you, know, drink the dam thing! It's not that hard, broski! BUT, when he was informed that he wojld be getting nothing remade (cause by this time we knew both of their faces, at least her "latte", and they had altered the policy because of them) he decided he was going to make a scene. Sadly, my manager, at the time, had left for the day. So there really wasn't anybody to back me up. I was the oldest person on the floor and the people behind him were getting rather agitated. Thankfully, another (more level headed and mature) regular of mine stepped up and told the remake seeking cr@ckhead to leave. And he stood up for me the frozen little coffee jocky who looked like she was about to cry. I made a note for my manager detailing the event and (my location was inside of a gas station) the gas station attendant called police to issue a no trespass order on them.
3) One night, about 5 years in, it was a busy day and we had just died down from the "dinner" rush. An older gentleman, whom we had had problems with before but it was always just a "he's a rude dick" kind of episodes. I took the gus order, and made his coffee, he was waiting on food, which he did not order! He ordered coffee and that was it! I noticed him standing looking around at all of us, two minors, another woman a couple years younger than myself, and me. So I approach him and ask what he's still waiting on, exasperated he replies that he is waiting for his food. I apologized and explained that I didn't hear him order any food.
Guest: my buddy ordered two bagels with jrijdns (I heard him say cream cheese, that will be important later). Me: okay, was one of them supposed to be for you? Guest: yeah, he got his and left he's 20 minutes down the road (fast food customers have no concept of time and how it moves) Me: and did he tell any of us that one was supposed to be for you? Guest: grumbling yeah, he did! Me: sigh fine, I apologize again. I will have that right oit for you. --I make him his bagel with cream cheese. I hand it to him.--
Guest: checks the contents this is supposed to be a cinnamon raisen bagel! Me: I thought you said plain, my fault, I apologize. Make it a second time Guest: grabs it from me and walks out Me: turning to one of my coworkers I have to run to the bathroom. I'll be right back. goes to the other side of the store cause that's where the batheoom is ----I come out and there is raised voices... Guest: throws the bagel and cream cheese with a bite taken out of it and angrily points at me before I even make it back behind the counter YOU, that was supposed to be a cinnamon raiden bagel toasted with butter! Me: said in an apologetic and kinda "you brought this on yourself" tone Maybe you should order your own food and drink? Or tell somebody that you want it in a separate bag. Guest: fuming calling the multi-unit manager [Turns out he had come back in while I was in the bathroom, screaming for "the big girl" at one of the minors. Which is when the other adult on the floor stepped in. She rufused to remake his bagel, or to tell him where I was.] Me: headset is beeping cause there was somebody at the menu board you guys go deal with that. I will remake the bagel. I am truly sorry for the mix up, here is your money for the bagel back. remake his d@mn bagel CORRECTLY. While the husband of our MU manager leans over the pick up counter [they lived an couple of doors down from the gas station] telling me to refund him and remake his order what do you think I'm doing? You're a little late to the party, my guy.
****unfortunately, the other adult was fired for standing up for the minors being yelled at by a rude old man...
4) same old man, couple years later. Corporate had changed the cups from Styrofoam to double walled paper cups (everyone hated that). The cranky old man, who has mellowed over the passed couple years, comes in during the day to get two coffees, both XL! The transaction goes smoothly, no problems there. Fast forward a few hours, this man comes in with an almost empty paper cup with the bottom half colored like coffee. I, assuming he had spilled it at some point, offer him a new one:
Guest: waves his hand I'm not worried it's not my coffee. It did leak all over my business partner's laptop computer. Me: thinking it tipped over or something you waited this long to bring it back? Guest: confused we just noticed it. Me: needing to take a breath sir, are you telling me you left a PAPER cup, full of coffee on a laptop computer and you thought the paper wouldn't break down at some point? Guest: the old ones never did! Me: trying so hard to keep it together what would you like me to do about that? We don't have the Styrofoam cups anymore. ---I don't remember exactly how the rest of the conversation went but long story short he wanted our franchisee to pay for repairs and a new computer system. --he got neither.

Hi all!
Iām on the road to build my first NAS at home. I bought some parts second hand and the rest of I bought new to complete the building. The configuration is as follows: - MB: Asus P10S-M-DC - CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1220 V5 - GPU: nVidia Quadro K620 - RAM: 8 GB Kingston ECC - PSU: 500W - SSD: 1 x TeamGroup 512 GB via SATA - Also I have monitor via DisplayPort and wireless keyboard via usb which are connected to machine.
When I connected the machine to the power for first time and started it I saw that the message LED on the motherboard blinked that means the PC works abnormally. Then the Q-code shown the number 99, Beep! and started to count from 5 to 0 then again and again in the loop. I red that means that it try to identify some part of the PC but it doesnāt succeed.
So, I thought that the BIOS was stored some previous configuration and I red that would be good to reset CMOS. I did it.
After that I push the start button again and Voala! There is some progress. But.. wait. I continuing to see nothing on the monitor but the Q-code is changed. Now the code number that I see is b2. I found this error in the documentation and it means āLegacy option ROMā.
This error means nothing to me and now I am confused how I have to continue. Somewhere I red that can be connected with the RAM, otherwhere - with the video card.
Can someone give advice how to proceed and what means actually this error?

 | This frame my pubicalyx is growing on was meant to be a temporary thing while I found something better, then life got in the way, and now itās been a couple of years of growing like crazy (and blooms- yay! Spot the 2 peduncles) and itās really time to sort out a better option. The main problem is that itās completely separate from the planter and stands on the floor, so when I move the plant to water it I have to carry the whole frame and itās awkward and annoying, and Iām always worried about damaging the plant. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can re-trellis, or a better way for it to grow?
