Hey everyone. I have been in a downward spriral the last few months. I accidentally stumbled across very concerning content on the internet that has completely traumatized me. I since have been obsessively googling about what to do in that situation or wherher I would get in trouble for stumbling across it. And now, I am getting Google Captchas every single time I google anything because I am googling so much. It is bothering me so bad, I google about it during all of my free time.
I am glad I found this sub because I felt like I was insane for the constant agony I am experiencing due to this disorder of the mind. I'm not making this post for reassurance or anything. I just hate OCD so fucking much.

 | Hi everyone!! This is Fritz, he is a purebred German Shepherd about 5 1/2ish years old, I just adopted him in August due to him needing to be rehomed. We have had back to back vet visits since bringing him home, he had really bad ear infections in both ears and yeast in one of them, those were treated and have been clear ever since. About 2 months ago he was having accidents and diarrhea in the house, and then started throwing up blood. They figured it was ulcers in his stomach and he was on medications and food for that and has done great since. But now the last week or two he has been licking intensely in his inner back hips, it’s to the point hair loss is happening fast and it looks almost raw and red. He is on a grain free diet, his bowl of food is 4/5 taste of the wild, southwest canyon with wild boar, and the other 1/5 is the royal canin gastrointestinal dog food from the vet (he was prescribed this when the stomach issues were happening and when he was fully switched back to taste of the wild his stools were still a bit too soft but keeping 1/5 of his bowl the gastrointestinal food has been perfect for him), as for snacks, he only gets pig ears and never bleached ones. He has zero interest in toys or playing fetch, he was raised on a farm his entire life till I took him in. They had just about all the animals you could think of on a farm lol. He has been such a great dog to have and he fits in with the cats perfectly (cat food is put away so there’s zero chance he can get into that and has no interest in the litter boxes or the cats really) he’s been soaking in the couches and beds since he never had access to them before, he has had 2 baths since bringing him home, one with the shampoo his original owner gave me (white bottle with little bit of light purple says veterinarian approved I think) and second bath with the sand and paws lavender dog shampoo which seemed to do well with him, his last bath was 5 weeks ago now. Any advice or tips with this would be amazing as I just want him to feel comfortable and going to the vet left and right has costed a good amount, which I have no regrets as I will do anything in my power to get him better. I’m just hoping this is a smaller issue that someone has some tips for to save us another trip to the vet- if a vet is needed for this I can get him in asap I just wanted to see what idea are out there, thank you in advance!!😊 submitted by kzb2000 to germanshepherds [link] [comments] |

Of course, that smell is often noticed by people in other groups. I've read claims that redheads, along with their genetic particularities, have a body odor similar to cheese. People with red-haired partners, is this true?

It's well-established that Indians, like most South Asians, are a mix of three ancestral populations, just like other groups in the region. Yet, there appears to be a recurring tendency to highlight their ( Pakistani) supposedly lower AASI proportion compared to Indians and to exaggerate how much AASI Indians have ? Like we ALL are A mix, you guys ( Pakistanis and Punjabis) are not the only special ones lol.
This is just something I observed so lets have a healthy adult discussion on this please
