I thought I was manic depressed, had massive anxiety. The whole assortment. I quite actually feel neurotypical now. My attention span is completely on par, I have had zero mood swings, no bouts of depressive episodes. Consistent use of alcohol (and other drugs, to be fair), was acutely responsible for 90% of any negative emotion or behavior I exhibited. Go figure

I've been staying w/ my boyfriend & his family over break and have been using his mother's (with permission) headset as I left my gaming-esque headset at our apartment.
I am a person with a small head and sensory issues, so most headsets (esp. gaming ones) tend to be too heavy or I have to clamp them fully around my temples so as not to fall off, leading to uncomfortable, too-warm, and painful ears (from pulling them down) and persistent headaches. They're also frequently TOO noise-canceling, and the transition from wearing them to not ends up being damp, painful, and overstimulating.
As such, I typically go for a separate USB mic and earbuds on my own. (Which is pretty inconvenient)
But bf's mom's headset is a GAME changer. She has frequent work calls and these things are INCREDIBLE - they don't have those indents in the earpads, but they're soft enough that my ears aren't being sucked into a sweaty humid hole AND aren't squished against my head. The grasp itself is equally gentle & is SO much more comfortable - and the mic flips down (and magnetically attaches to) the side rather than sticking out in front, which I ALSO love. The brand calls it "AirCushion
One BIG downside: these are the (as far as I can tell) "Jabra Evolve 40 UC STEREO" set, which can run you over $100. I am a college student & don't want to drop that much money (at this moment) on a headset when I have earbuds that work fine.
So, I'm wondering if anyone has any cheap-ish recommendations (preferably around the $25 mark) similar to those (or if they think I should just look @ some second-hand listings of the same product)
TLDR: looking for headset w/ mic similar Jabra Evolve 40's at much cheaper price point - any recommendations or should I just get them off of Ebay?
