It has been very cold where I live, -5 to 20 the last few weeks and I have gotten some engine codes over the last month or so. First was for the 02 sensors so I had both replaced. Seemingly immediately after installing two new 02 sensors I get a P0420 for Catalytic converter and PO456 for small evap leak. My MPG is also down to 20-21 whereas is it usually around 25….maybe from cold? Car is an 08 AWD is250. Any help would be appreciated

2025.01.24 23:52 Sk8erman-77 Cheaters crash replays in theater mode
I just played a very weird game, probably my worst game. 2 of the enemy team were really suspicious so after the game I decided to watch the replay in theater mode but my game crashed for no reason. I know the theater mode was completly broken when the game was released but after a few updates I had was able to watch replays. When I started to replay the match where I suspected cheaters, the game crashed and I couldn't watch the replay. I've tried several times and it's always the same result.
I've tried watching the previous and the next replay: no problem.
I've tried watching a longer replay: no problem

Most of the people watch theater mode when they did a trickshot or when there is a cheater. If the theater mode is crashing this is could probably because of cheaters.

A little about myself. I am an international Master's student targeting electrical engineering/ mechatronics roles in the US. Am open to relocating.
Now to the important part. There is a career fair happening at my university next month. I really want my resume to look reasonably if not remarkably well to recruiters there. I have posted two iterations of my resume, both drafted keeping the WIKI guidelines and suggestions from users from one of my other posts in mind.
I have been applying to full-time roles and internships, with the number being in the low 200s at this point to my belief. I have had little to no success with them, not even getting interviews, and believe it could be my resume and how I have framed the bullets. Or I may be completely wrong and would have to adopt a different approach altogether. The career fair might be my best shot at jobs is what I believe.
Honest critique about my resume would be great, along with which one would be better; both at the career fair and moving forward. Any advice about the career fair itself would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I've definitely had some increased mobility in my joints all my life, never was a big deal.
Most of my life I've had no big issues just some minor pains there and there, but lately it's been getting pretty bad. Aside from knee and hand pain, I've been experiencing very stiff joints which cause horrible pain until I crack them, the crack itself causes huge relief, this happens multiple times a day throughout my whole body. Is this a symptom of my hypermobility or could it be something else?

Or should we shore ourselves for a terrible renovation experience?
We're under contract for a house in unincorporated Boulder County, contemplating if it's going to be worth the hassle. It's a beautiful property, but the interior needs work.
Basement (2 bedrooms) was finished by owners privately, but not permitted. We'd like to tackle the unfinished half at some point. Septic has to be upgraded to match those unpermitted rooms. Upstairs, kitchen might need a wall knocked out and an island built in, and we were contemplating the idea of turning the existing garage into a primary bedroom with bathroom, and building a new 3 car garage beside it.
How much of a headache are we in for? If we get good contractors, is it possible to have this done without wanting to die? If we wanted to save some money and do some of the stuff ourselves (demo, tiling, flooring, etc), is that a possibility?
Please share all renovation experiences in unincorporated Boulder County. We really need all the info we can find to know if we'll be closing on this property or backing out in inspection. :/
