 | Hi all, I recently bought this corset from a vintage store & I'm stumped on how to wear it. I can't figure out how to close the front, & have had absolutely no luck finding a corset with a busk like this (does it even classify as a busk?) It has some little loops along the inner bottom seam, I thought maybe run the lace through those and wind it around at the front? It sort of works but is functionally such a nightmare that I'm not convinced, as the lace slips off too easily to allow for proper tightening & doesn't look good tied up. I live in a hot and humid country on top of that I am sweaty person , whenever there is a formal event I look like I fell in a pool . Hello everyone! I am currently a grade 12 student with recurring dilemmas about my future career choice. I have narrowed down my choices between either something in the engineering field or accountancy. Why choose these courses? Well for engineering, it's because it is what you would expect from a STEM student who is fairly good with numbers, with accountancy though it us a little but complicated, my mom and a significant amount of our relatives recommend it because it is high paying daw (though who knows if I should believe them considering that none of them are even accountants🙄). With that being said, I have no inclination to favoring one over the other because my heart is in VetMed but my family can't afford that luxury, I digress, anyways I am fine doing either. Another factor also comes into account for my schooljng–the commute–I will be attending college in Cenu and if I choose engineering, I'd be going to CTU which is a >1hour commute from our house and I'm anxious because what if the exhaustion of Cebu traffic takes away from my willingness to study in college. With accountancy though, I would be attending USC which would roughly be a 15 minute ride, the problem with that is that USC is very strict daw with their program, and what if I am not able to pass😭😭 I would rather kms before even considering going back a year. Okay so that's all with my dilemma I HOPE SOMEONE HELPS ME HUHU
additional info: yes i know that I will be taking a bridging course if I go through with accountancy and its not a problem, I also am not currently living in Cebu and will only be moving in during college, and no getting a dorm near CTU is not possible because my parents are already struggling enough with my future tuition and are trying to cut costs by letting me live with my grandmother in Cebu so.... yeah

Ok, this is ridiculous. My brother, worked somewhere for over 10.5 months, they never input his social security number in properly, irs has no record of him making any income. My brother doesn’t work there any more, and they won’t contact him about a W2. What do I do to help navigate this situation with him. It’s tough cause he wants that return, he can’t get unemployment for it either. It’s been a mess to try and figure out. Any advice on this would be incredibly appreciated. He has paystubs, phone records and everything from his time there. This was a hotel btw.
