I (m17) got diagnosed with Asperger a few months ago and I have had this problem for so long and I have lost multiple friends over it. I just can’t get myself to text them back or hang out with them even tho I love them and miss them. The only person I don’t have this problem with is my best friend who I have known since kindergarten. Is this an Asperger thing or am I just a piece of shit.

I see alot of posts where people talk about them volunteering to help and be apart of some collective change which yes that's part of it. However, I can't help but notice that people don't really bring up the personal journey the soul is on as well. We're here to learn about ourselves, resolve certain patterns actualize our dreams etc.
It really is about the inner world. I hear people talk about it and it's cliche but we don't have to associate or allow things in our energetic field that we don't prefer. Most people are confused and not mentally acute enough to grasp certain truths, that's ok. I stopped putting stock into most things I hear. But yeah, it just seems that focusing and berating the external so much is an out of balance reaction to not wanting to face the inner..
We're really all so strong but I feel like as a society we've lost our reverence for God. Everyone thinks they themselves have all the answers and are going to do things their own way. The ancients followed a system, there was a deep sense of culture engrained in everyone. Seems like we lose this sometimes in modern society.
I'm noticing that we can literally dictate our entire world but due to the density here on earth there is a law of restraint that mellows it out. Elon Musk is not who they're making him out to be, trump is not the devil... the over emotional reaction from one side of the coin has been too much but its cycles...

45 yo male with a question. My doctors never seem too concerned but it’s started to bother me lately. For the last 15 years I’ve had increased hematocrit, hemoglobin, and RBC values on my blood test. They are always only slightly increased. Sometimes not all three are high but hematocrit is always increased. I got my lab results today and the values were:
RBC: 5.87 x10E6/u(high) Hemoglobin: 18 d/dL (high) Hematocrit: 53.1% (high)
Looking back 15 years ago values were: RBC: 5.37 Hemoglobin: 17.5 (high) Hematocrit: 50.1 (high)
Docs always say that I’m dehydrated. But I drink a lot of water and urinate a lot (usually clear).
What advice would you give to a patient? Would you have them assume this is normal for them or do you think I should investigate further?

I see alot of posts about new people on here just getting their license and just wanted to tell everyone a story I just heard. When I left my last job a little over a year ago they hired a kid just out of A&P school. Passed his drug test and background check (government position). All was well and good but he decided the drive was too much for him and started looking around at other places closer to home. Well apparently when he went to one of the jobs drug screenings he couldn’t pee and just left. Didn’t realize what that would become. Got hired by another place. Passed their drug test. Put in his two weeks notice. And then got a call from the FAA that his brand new A&P license was suspended for failing his drug test. Not taking the test and failing the test are the same thing to the FAA. DONT DO THAT. Hate to hear about a good kid going through a college program for his A&P only to lose it less than a year later because he was a bone head and didn’t take the piss test in time.
