Ich möchte wieder Mathe können und lernen, doch ich stelle leider nach 10 Jahren seit meiner Lehre fest, dass ich extrem rostig geworden bin. Ich stecke irgendwo zwischen 6-7 Klasse fest und würde wieder gerne auf mein alten Niveau zurückkehren (12 Klasse).
Ich musste leider nach meinen Fachabitur (2011) eine Lehre anfangen und 2 Nebenjobs arbeiten, da mein Vater abgehauen ist und meine sehr krank wurde. Also war Überleben wichtiger damals.Das hat natürlich mein Traum vom Studium erst mal aufs Eis gelegt. Jetzt, nach 10 Jahre Schuften in der Gießerei, Stahlwerk und Eisenbahn möchte ich wieder anfangen zu studieren und mein Bachelor holen.Doch ich musste zu meinen Entsetzen feststellen, das ich nichts mehr raffe und es treibt mich in den Wahnsinn. Zumal ich damals recht gut war, vor allem in Mathematik.

I'm M43, 75", 205lbs, non-smoker.
Over the past few months, I've had some alarming vitamin deficiencies (B1 and B3) identified by blood test. I have no apparent risk factors either (I eat well, don't drink, had a GI work up that shows nothing wrong, etc).
The low vitamins were detected over a few months sort of piecemeal by a neurologist based on some cognitive complaints rather than through a coordinated plan. Since these vitamin deficiencies were found, i wonder if i have other deficiencies that would need treatment too. Are there any doctors that would specialize in finding low vitamin levels and treating that? For example, since I've had deficiencies in B1 and B3 (but not B9 or B12), could i have deficiencies in other B vitamins or anything else? And the next step would be to identify why my vitamin levels are off.

One of the things I like most about the on-the-car dribbling maps like dribble 2 overhaul is that they force you focus on the obstacles and map, and not just stare at the ball and your car. These maps of course reset when the ball touches the ground.
Are there any workshop maps that do this but for skills like bounce dribbles and powerside cuts where the ball is on the ground at least some of the time?

So far i smell a mixture of fresh ground coffee and oranges percolating from the tent. This is being grown with organic inputs in a water only reservoir autopot system.

Hi all! I’ve ran into a weird situation with capital one. To give some context I was on disability with the Mutual of Omaha for approximately two and half weeks and they had paid me an amount above $1,500. Once I had received the check I had utilized the mobile deposit feature to deposit said check. I received two emails, one stating “After an in-depth review of the check deposits you made on January 21, 2025…we believe there’s an increased risk that the deposit may return based on confidential information that indicates the check may not be paid.” With the other email stating that my deposit was successful and that I could destroy the check. They also had mentioned that they would pay me in 50/50 installments. One on January 24th and one on the 27th. Fast forward to today where I look at my bank statement and see that they had reversed the check for some reason. I called the support line three times and asked what was going on. The answer that I got from the most recent support rep was that the check was deposited prior to the mobile deposit. What doesn’t make sense is I immediately cashed the check once I opened the letter. There was no tampering with the envelope at all and no signs of tampering with the check. What’s should I do? I’m totally lost.
