2025.01.25 00:30 PKGPW Sold Car involved in Fatal Accident but title never transferred - Michigan
Hello,
I am seeking an attorney outside of this but hoping to get some additional advice in the meantime.
I sold a vehicle for $900 in August, to a backyard type of “dealer”. He came to my home, purchased the car, had me sign my name on the title and take a picture with it and his license. He drove off with a dealer plate he had brought with him. Our chat history shows the full history including him confirming he arrived home with the vehicle. He did not transfer the title to his name.
3 days later he sold this vehicle, completing a bill of sale including VIN, Make, Model, Milage, his name as seller, buyers name, all the regular Michigan requirements for a bill of sale and sent me a copy.
I received a letter from an impound lot in November, stating the car was in an accident and was impounded. I called explained my situation, not knowing or asking the full details of the accident, nor did I have the title any longer to claim it back. To me the car was no longer mine. The impound receptionist said they would simply auction off and that would be the last of it.
This week,a letter from an auto law attorney arrived asking for my insurance information, and presumably hinting at a civil suit. The car did not have insurance, it had been sold for 58 days at the time of the crash. The letter also contained a police report that completely shocked me.
The report stated that in October, the vehicle was involved in a police chase that resulted in an accident with 5 cars, and extremely unfortunately, two fatalities.The title had never been updated.
Is what I have enough to remove liability? What potential lawsuits could I be facing? Again I am looking for an attorney here in southeast Michigan but also quite anxious over the whole situation. I would really appreciate any advice, similar experiences, or attorney recommendations.

É isso.
Foi um término pacífico. Estamos em fases da vida diferentes, alguns desacordos sobre caminhos que queremos seguir etc etc. No dia em que terminamos passamos o dia juntos, almoçamos, conversamos durante horas, ficamos abraçados apenas sentindo o toque um do outro, choramos muito... não queriamos terminar, mas sabíamos que era necessário, optamos por preservar o amor, a admiração, carinho e respeito que temos um pelo outro.. Ainda nos amamos muito, mas acredito (e espero) que tenha sido melhor assim.
Eu tô péssima, sem chão, não sinto vontade de fazer nada, só consigo pensar no quanto a vida pode mudar de repente e nunca vamos estar preparados para viver momentos de luto como esse. Pra piorar meu circulo de amizade eram todos amigos dele, então não tenho ninguém do meu lado agora com quem eu possa contar. Estou procurando ajuda psicológica para tentar passar por isso.
Enfim, desculpem o desabafo, queria apenas compartilhar com alguém para poder tirar um pouco desse peso de mim

saw a tweet from a friend of mine about a game like this, and decided to make it!

each day (resets at midnight UTC) a new notable score (like pp milestone, new pp record or other well known scores in the community) will be picked. To play you have to guess the player that set the score, the beatmap it was set on and the year it was set.
If there are multiple ranked maps of the same song, include the mapper's name to avoid wasting guesses.
after submitting a guess, you get a higher / lower / correct indication. the meanings of these are:
- higher on the player column means the player you guessed signed up earlier than the correct one.
- higher on the beatmap column means the map you guessed was ranked earlier than the correct one.

I’ve seen posts in the past regarding this issue, but no resolution that I can find. When me and a couple of friends play the superstar 3v3 mode the second we join, the same friend gets kicked from the match every single game before the match ever starts. We have tried different people creating the lobby, he has deleted and reinstalled the game, has reset his router, updated his PS5…all with no resolution. Any suggestions?

Hello, i recently been doing some upgrades to my ender 3 pro (Skr e3 mini v3, orbiter v2,5, klipper) and i would like to upgrade my hotend from the stock one, right now, i can't decide between the rapido v2 or the rapido ace, i would like to hear some opinions from those two or any other hotends that would allow me to push more speed but the only restriction would be that i can buy them on aliexpress (Importing from the US or other places to where i live is expensive) the hotend would be mounted on a stealthburner.
