2025.01.25 00:37 That_Rub_4171 I used distillers yeast to make hard kombucha...
I'm just curious if I need to do anything special for this... on Jan 15th, I made a new batch of F1 and pitched in distillers yeast and plugged it with a bubbler. I was dumb and added blueberries and hops right away. Today I finally filtered the hops and blueberries out and split this into individual bottles for F2. I added some juice concentrate because it seemed really strong. Its very cold outside so I am putting the bottles out under my covered porch because I read you want to shock cool it for some reason (I don't know why - if anyone knows then please tell me!).
Does this all sound fine? Am I missing a step? I don't want to go blind 🤣

2025.01.25 00:37 RevolutionaryFun6979 Coworker was hitting on me, it took me a bit to realize & process it, then when I planned to reciprocate, he’s now intentionally avoiding me.
I have a guy that I work with. He would check me out & not look away when I made eye contact, he would purposefully run into me at places (which ofc I didn’t realize was intentional), once he walked with me to lunch and then I missed the opportunity in asking him to eat together, and he would always sit next to me at events (which of course I never noticed). I thought he was cute but I was really hesitant to be risk my career & be unprofessional so I tried to take a slow approach with no bold moves for the case of plausible deniability if we did somehow get sent to HR.
Well recently I start to absolutely never see him despite him sitting right near me. And I can tell he is now purposely going out of his way to not pass by me except for when he absolutely has to go behind where I work. Then he sees me from afar, and I can feel his gaze lingering on me from behind. Otherwise he takes weird alternative routes to avoid passing me. Yes I know that sounds weird but everyone passes my desk (as he used to as well) and it’s really obvious when I compare how he would freely walk around before. He also now wears headphones constantly compared to before when he could overhear my conversations.
My question is, what do I do and did I do something wrong here? I actually thought he was really cute but was slow to understand how obvious some of the signs were until now. Maybe he’s just no longer interested but I figure if he lost interest then it would be easy to see me. Why is he trying so hard to avoid me if that’s the case?

I currently own VKB Gladiator Sticks and a STECS Standard with Virpil Pedals on the way.
My desk is current not suited for desk mounts and so while I have been exploring buying a new desk and then getting desk mounts, it occurred to me that the NLR Flight Stand Pro (currently $399 at Microcenter) might be a more economical option.
Are there any major disadvantages going with the flight stand pro vs desk mounts (other than perhaps Monitor FOV due to a slightly greater distance from the monitor when I am not using VR)? Has anyone here used the flight stand with VKB equipment?
If I were to eventually upgrade my main stick to a Gladiator IV would the stand work with the 100mm extension?

Hello, I’ve been playing harmonica for about 3 and a half weeks. I have a bending app, and on my diatonic D KEY Homer marine, the app says I’m bending the notes down properly. But when I listen to myself and compare to Sonny Williamson it sounds like I’m not bending at all. It sounds like a bend but without this sort of buzzing noise. I added a clip of me bending a d key harmonica on draw 4, I can’t exactly provide the best video because I can’t look at my app while recording lol. I’m pretty sure I’m drawing down a half step. Thank you to anyone who’s read and willing to provide help in advanced.
