Hey guys, so I got this 250 KZCSR Kawasaki 1982 and it’s not getting any spark. I just got a new CDI box. I think everything is wired up pretty good. You guys can help me maybe I wired up the CDI box wrongbut there’s a on switch for the ignition and then there’s ignition switch started relay of voltage regulator and of course the CDI box with a couple fuses. It’s really simple wiring so I’m not really sure what’s going on.

2025.01.25 00:30 Bit_Blitter Gulp, scss, and WordPress plugin architecture
Right now I am using gulp to compile the scss for my theme. I have a gulpfile in the theme directory and I run 'gulp' which starts a gulp 'watch' on the theme src directory for any changes in js or scss file for it to recompile. So far all good.
Now I want to develop some functionality in a plugin. Ideally the plugin src files will be completely contained within the plugin allowing me to activate / deactivate the plugin, knowing that it won't affect the theme. What is the correct architecture for this?
-Right now I am including the plugin scss files into the main scss file. This is not ideal as there is a hard coded reference into the plugin directory in my main theme scss file. If I remove the plugin it will fail. It also doesn't know if the plugin is activated or not, and will include the scss files regardless.
-I've been playing with gulp-inject to push the plugin scss file import into the main scss file. This kinda works however I still need to have a hard coded reference to the plugin directory to point to the scss file src directory
-Do I need to run a separate instance of gulp for each plugin that needs scss files compiled?
Am I over complicating this and do I just live with hard coded directories in my main scss file? Keen to know how others have solved this, TIA!

2025.01.25 00:30 DarkShadowReader Does Memory Care staff dump on you every time you visit?
I visit my dad multiple times a week. Every single time the staff reports to me all the “bad things” my dad did in the last couple days, usually as soon as I walk in the door. It’s exhausting and upsetting because it feels like they forget this is someone I’ve loved and respected my entire life. I also literally cannot fix anything.
Most of the time I find the “bad things” to be behaviors very much in line with normal sundowning or getting agitated during ADLs. I also suspect based on observations while I’m there that staff are just barking orders at him, he’s generally pretty confused, and he gets defensive/frustrated when the staff turn up their tone/intensity to repeat instructions. They even report to me what other residents say he did, unwitnessed by staff, which seem unnecessary given the dubious source.
Basically I’m asking, am I going to find this most places? Do you see your MC staff performing compassionate care?

No deberían los políticos ocuparse más de lo básico como la economía y esos asuntos?, en vez de estos asuntos más "personales" cómo la sexualidad o si usas tal ropa o tal otra, o si te identificas de tal manera o tal otra, etc?
Me parece que se van algo de tema a veces, y como que se pierde el objetivo más "principal".
Lo que se precisa para vivir en la base es comer y alguna cosa más, agua, un lugar donde estar, un baño, etc, no debería priorizarse más lo básico?, y después de cumplido lo básico ya dejar el tema un poco por ahí?.
En vez de seguir con todos estos temas más personales, individuales, particulares, etc?.
Ahora hay todos "movimientos" con nombres que antes ni existían, los woke, los anti woke, los esto, los aquello, etc, pero son "conflictos" que suceden bastante de "panza llena" cómo que se decía antes, o sea no "luchan" por lo básico, por qué no halla hambre, por los derechos laborales, el acceso a la salud, sus luchas van por estos temas más personales, individuales, particulares.

Dear Employer,
During the interview, we focused on the positives—what I can do, what you're seeking in a copywriter, and what I can contribute. However, we didn't touch on why I left my previous clients, which I think is important to address. The copywriting market is crowded with tech-savvy newcomers who use every tool available and offer low rates, making it harder to compete despite my experience and long-term client relationships. I was a jack of all trades in previous roles—handling graphic design, managing social media, and engaging in various aspects of marketing. All of these skills can be easily overlooked despite being that guy who was realiable whenever something was needed in a pinch. It was so convenient having me around yet too easy to let me go since there's always another person from India or Bangladesh who will do this job for less.
I worked for this client for 4 years, doing everything: research, copywriting, graphic design, WordPress management, you name it. I was paid $4 an hour, working 50–60 hours a week but only getting paid for 40. Every time I asked for a raise, the guy avoided the topic or guilt-tripped me about how he “couldn’t afford it.” I stayed because I was scared of losing my job. It was my first steady freelance gig, and I didn’t know any better.
The worst part? I don’t have a single thing to show for those 4 years. He sold the websites I worked on, and since he told me to delete all the files, I have no portfolio. No backups. Nothing. I have one site left that I know of. Everything else is gone.

But now, when I try to get hired, I can’t prove I did any of it. But also copywriting isn't even something profitable these days. I feel like I wasted 4 years of my life. I’m stuck. I’m bitter. I don’t know how to move forward when it feels like everything I’ve done means nothing.
You have other applicants who are younger, less experienced but more efficient with usage of ChatGPT and Claude AI or other AI writing tools. You asked them the same questions as me. They probably gave better answers about how they see themselves in a few years from now. I answered the same questions with my previous employer and this is where I am. I thought I had a future. I imagined building a career, maybe even a reputation.
So how about I ask you the question instead, where do you see me in the next few years?

Hello,
I am seeking an attorney outside of this but hoping to get some additional advice in the meantime.
I sold a vehicle for $900 in August, to a backyard type of “dealer”. He came to my home, purchased the car, had me sign my name on the title and take a picture with it and his license. He drove off with a dealer plate he had brought with him. Our chat history shows the full history including him confirming he arrived home with the vehicle. He did not transfer the title to his name.
3 days later he sold this vehicle, completing a bill of sale including VIN, Make, Model, Milage, his name as seller, buyers name, all the regular Michigan requirements for a bill of sale and sent me a copy.
I received a letter from an impound lot in November, stating the car was in an accident and was impounded. I called explained my situation, not knowing or asking the full details of the accident, nor did I have the title any longer to claim it back. To me the car was no longer mine. The impound receptionist said they would simply auction off and that would be the last of it.
This week,a letter from an auto law attorney arrived asking for my insurance information, and presumably hinting at a civil suit. The car did not have insurance, it had been sold for 58 days at the time of the crash. The letter also contained a police report that completely shocked me.
The report stated that in October, the vehicle was involved in a police chase that resulted in an accident with 5 cars, and extremely unfortunately, two fatalities.The title had never been updated.
Is what I have enough to remove liability? What potential lawsuits could I be facing? Again I am looking for an attorney here in southeast Michigan but also quite anxious over the whole situation. I would really appreciate any advice, similar experiences, or attorney recommendations.
