Existing autistic people in manager positions how do you do it ?? As an autistic person I am being put in a manager position against my will and I have to be if I want to keep my job . I need serious advice .
The thing is me and my sibling work the same job together in the same building and have been for years . I worked there a year before them . They became a manager before me . A lot of bad things went down in other places and now it requires both / all siblings to be the same rank if they want to keep working under the same building , thus , I have to become a manager , too ...
I'm also terrified because I have 0 leadership skills and am terrified of telling people what to do , I'd rather be told what to do , etc . I don't want to lose my job so I have to take the position .. I don't feel capable . I love World of Warcraft and if you do too then extra brownie points! Maybe we can create some WoW classic characters and level together or run some Mythics on retail, I PvP as well (WoW date? hehe) . I'm also currently playing a lot of Marvels Rivals and League of Legends (I'm new to league and love it so far). Other PC gaming I enjoy: Valorant, GW2, OW2, FF14, Hollow Knight, Elden ring/Souls games, BG3, RPG’s, TFT, and many more.
Anime I enjoy too, last one I watched was Frieren. Anything Studio Ghibli is top tier for me as well, Princess Mononoke being my favorite film from them. LotR I obsess over, I marathon the extended versions at least once a year. I recently just played my first DnD session ever with friends and had a blast.
Delving into cinema is one of my favorite things to do. I love cult, foreign, and indie films and watching whatever recommendations are thrown my way. Love Robert Eggars films (watched Nosferatu recently, great movie). I think my favorite movie over the past few years is "The Banshees of Inisherin".
I do have a cat! I love animals and would love to see pictures of any you may have.
I'm 5'10" and a thicc guy, but working on getting healthier, doing great so far here- you don't have to be skinny or small but looking for someone who is either on their own health journey or already there, for the sake of making it easier to not fall into bad habits (maybe we can hold each other accountable). I'm especially sensitive with everything going on in the U.S. right now, and anything with a hint of injustice really gets to me. Today it was seeing someone offer their "health" services, which I know is a scam because of the company. I don't like seeing people get taken advantage of and I called them out on their public post. Someone asked why I couldn't just leave them be, and the poster eventually took it down. I just get so angry thinking about how people are scammed, especially when it relates to "improving" their health.
This particular scam is to test the person, tell them they have too many heavy metals in their body along with a list of deficiencies, then they sign you up for all of these supplements.
Just irritated. Anyone else struggle with this?

 | Can someone help my new green thumb! My indoor money tree used to be nearby a window in slight direct sunlight but was thriving. About a month or so ago, my kitten jumped on it and broke all of the branches. I tried to save them but ended up cutting them at the nodes. After a few weeks I felt like it looked sad, given no branches so I moved it further away from the window in indirect sunlight, put banana peels in the soil and water it with filtered oxidized water. The lighting in the picture is of natural indirect light during the day. A new little bud began to grow (pink circle). How can I help with the branches? (White circle). Should I redo the soil? Not going to go on and on and I'm not trying to sell pitchforks here, but I am curious what people think. Personally, the rain was too bad in WRC for me to take as I loved the wipers actually wiping rain away in dirt 2.0 and I liked doing rain maps specifically. Once I had it come up in WRC I was too bothered to continue and I'm not usually a diva about this stuff. The biggest difference I have noticed is hairpins and I have heard some people on here swear that Dirt 2.0 has a much more realistic grip than WRC but I can only tell it's different and can't make a judgement on which is better.
I just moved to a steering wheel and pedals and I'd like to learn on the more accurate sim if possible. What do you guys think?
