Hey!
I just moved back to Miami and I want to start or join a biotech/biohacking community!
I would love to meet others in Miami that are interested in industrial or hobby biotechnology.
I’ll be hosting events for meeting and discussing biotech.
Once we have more of a group going, we can also start hosting some low overhead workshops (things like brewing beer, agar art, mycelium projects).
Finally the end goal is to have regular events and ultimately a community lab space!
Is anyone interested in joining the community? I’m going to start a discord to get conversations going!

 | so i purchased this Skims pack of men’s undies for my spouse. no shipping updates; purchased 5 days ago. so i thought id send a message to ask for a quick update. and then when i go to my purchases tab, i try to message her through the receipt/payment screen and then it shows me that the listing has been removed due to going against depop policies? but they took my money? lol id think Depop would automatically refund the purchase if they violated some policy? I remember a series of fantasy books when I was a kid (early 2000s) all based in one city but each was standalone. There was elemental wizards (Fire, earth, water) and a thieves guild. The city had a wall on one side with a massive mountain filled with caves and I think something came out and attacked the city in a few of the books.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

24 year old young man looking for advice on a business start up, let’s just say I’m very tired of my job and the rigorous work over and over. So slow and boring , (box factory) work to be exact. I’m blessed to say I have about 40k cash and no real bills , no payments nothing crazy except a phone and car insurance bill lol. Let’s say I wanted to take this money and start up a real hustle? 2025.01.25 01:20 Fit_Counter_6074 I don’t like realm shared paragon points.
May be a hot take but I think the change to paragon points carrying over to characters of the same realm feels bad. I play with a friend who works a tight schedule with a few days off in between. And in those days off, we’d play together keeping relatively the same level. Before, when he’d go to back work, I’d just make a new character so that I can try a new build and level as much as I want and keep the other character at the same relative power so that when he got his days off again, we could pick up where we left off. With this system, I can either leave him in the dust and drag him through content when he gets his days off again or switch over to hardcore. It also feels bad because now when you make a new character, you lose the feeling of charactepower progression really fast with how fast leveling 1-60 is. Just my opinion though don’t attack me.

Hey guys, as the title states my bf hasn't taken me out on a date in a long time. I keep asking him to plan something, just anything and he just doesn't. I feel like I shouldn't really have to ask for a date. I am the only one with a job and he hasn't worked in almost a year. He says he doesn't want to spend my money for a date but I told him that part doesn't matter, just the time spent together. Yet he still hasn't planned anything and hasn't shown any efforts to take me on one. My husband and I both have a lot of capital-I Issues - health stuff, chronic fatigue, ADHD, mental health. And we both had parents who did everything for us to a ridiculous degree.
We've worked hard on teaching our 5 year old age appropriate skills, which she loves because she's fiercely independent. She sometimes goes overboard, changing outfits twice a day, but I'll take it. She knows how to brush her teeth, brush her hair, dress herself, choose a back-up outfit for weather changes, make her bed, pack her lunch; she can even prepare her own snacks and help with dinner.
Don't get me wrong, she doesn't do all those things every time without prompting, and we do a lot for her. But if she needs to, she knows how. And we give her time and space to do things her way. We don't take it as a hit to our ego when she looks after herself, and it's OK for her to WANT help rather than needing it.
