There was an interesting comment from the Spotify post expressing some concern of collaborating with Apple. As far as I know, Apple is not blameless, but neither is any giant like Google, Amazon, etc. I think it wouldn’t make sense for Björk to have absolutely nothing to do using or associating anything from Apple, as artists have to make money in some way. A lot of our lives from our use of tech can be traced to a giant with questionable practices/ethics. It would be inconsistent for artists to basically become like anti-capitalist Amish folks.

Ok, I haven’t watched all the Best Picture nominees yet, as some haven’t been released in my country. But… is it just me, or are this year’s Best Picture nominees really weak? Dune, Wicked, Conclave, I’m Still Here are okay movies, but nothing beyond that. Emilia Perez is terrible, and Anora feels empty. I feel like the Animation category has much more interesting films that deserved to be in the Best Picture category instead. Memoir of a Snail is lightyears more compelling than Anora or Emilia Perez, yet it’s only in the Animation category. The same goes to Flow or The Wild Robot. Does anyone else feel like the Oscars snub the art of animation?

2025.01.26 07:15 DarkIlluminatus Haven't had a halfway decent song generation since subscribing both music and vocals quality have degraded drastically and it began almost immediately after subscribing.
I don't know what happened, but this app is absolutely awful now. I haven't gained a single usable track in the two months I have been subscribed to Pro. Total waste of $60. I don't know what went wrong, when I was trying it out as a free user I was getting high quality vocals and music and highly workable samples and excellent bitrate qualities.
Now everything sounds washed out and the singers sound like it's their first time singing in their entire lives.
