Hello everyone, so I came across Halo 2 Project Cartographer a couple of days ago and I love it, the restoration of Split Screen was the thing I found myself loving the most.
Anyways reading through the documentation and watching a few videos introduced me to the Sapien Console, so I tried to do some research on what commands can be used in the Sapien Console but they seem to be outdated as the only list I've found for any of the commands used in the Sapien Console is for v0.5.0.3, I'm running version 0.7.0.3.
For example when try to type: - spawnNear scorpion 1 it gives me aninvalid parameter count error.
or if I try to type: - spawn scorpion 1 0 0 0 I get an invalid XYZ error.
The command for just simply showing the coordinates of your player in the game world which is xyz according to the list I found, just throws an unknown command error.
Does anyone know what the updated commands for the Sapien Console are for Hal0 2: Project Cartographer or is there an list of them available somewhere that I missed? I've tried googling but I can't find anything but the list of old commands I mentioned earlier above.

Guys, I’m Losing Hope 😔
I’ve been listening to and even made my own crush subliminals (using his name) for about 2 months now, and honestly, I’m starting to feel like they’re not working. I detached from him around a month ago, and for a while, I was kinda over him. Starting Lineup
PG Darius Garland
SG Donovan Mitchell
SF Max Strus PF Evan Mobley C Jarrett Allen
Before I get to the bench; that is the best backcourt in basketball. I know Mitch has been chucking a little too much but come on. Forget all stars. They should both be All-NBA.
Darius Garland is blossoming into everything I hoped for. He’s efficient. He can manipulate defenses to get the Cavs better shots than anyone else and it isn’t close. He’s taking more shots. He’s pretty much unguardable. This revenge tour has been too much fun.
Donovan Mitchell is who he is for a reason. 6 straight all-star selections and has made the playoffs every single year of his career. He is a proven leader. His unlimited range next to Garlands makes the Cavs offensive geometry just unfair.
Max Strus remains the best choice at the 3. He is a Jack of all trades and exceedingly dangerous and difficult to keep track of as a movement shooter when you have to worry about the core 4. I love the fit of Max in Kenny’s system.
Evan Mobley is a freak of nature 2 way player. He is one of the 5 best defensive players in the NBA. But his offense…bringing the ball up? Calling plays? Dribble hand offs as if he’s some super Draymond. That silky smooth 3pt shot? There is no 2 way player with upside quite like Evan Mobley, who remains the key to a Cavalier championship.
We know what Allen brings but he just needs to bring it every night. If Evan is a top 5 defender, JA is a Top 10 defender. A top 10 rebounder. And quite simply one of the most efficient players in basketball with that pretty 71% FG%. Such a nice fit next to these other guys. JA will probably play a little less than the other 3 depending on matchup but still 32+.
The Bench: I consider 1-9 to be our postseason rotation as things stand provided we are at full strength.
G/F Caris Levert: A Swiss Army knife type player who is among the elites at the 6th Man Role. He’s the 6th man but the 5th best player. He can shoot. He can slash. He can make plays for others. He can defend multiple positions. And he gives the Cavs more length than the other options.
G/F Isaac Okoro: The Cavs best perimeter defender. Young Player still with most untapped upside. Improved his 3pt % and attempts per 36 every year. He is needed to bring disruptive point of the attack defense 18-21mins a night. Ice and Strus make a terrific platoon.
G Ty Jerome: He can’t be ignored anymore. Insane playmaking and shooting splits. His defense is pretty lousy, but it doesn’t matter when you’re giving the offense this much spark. Roughly averages 20/7/5 per 36 on nearly 50/40/90 shooting splits. An absolute gem in the rough. At 6’5” we are seeing him get a few more minutes off the ball as a shooter. Good to see.
F/C Dean Wade: Excellent defensive chess piece for the Cavs. A legit 6’9” he spreads the floor and gives the Cavs a band-aid against longer teams.
The outskirts of the regular season rotation
F Georges Niang: Got in better shape this year and has shot the ball very well. Love his trash talk. It gets the boys goin’ .It remains to be seen if he can be used in the postseason at all. For now he’s having a rock solid season off the bench.
SG Sam Merrill: Supposed to be an automatic 3pt shooter but something has been off this year. Plays very hard and has improved defensively. But he’s on the roster to make 3’s.
Young bucks
F Jaylon Tyson: Looks intriguing in limited action. Bigger bodied but it’s moreso his style. He’s got that dawg in him so to speak.
PG Craig Porter Jr.: Perfectly solid backup PG. Young and could improve. Smart player and strong floor game. His shooting has been better than expected. He’s been buried by Jerome’s sensational season.
G/F Emoni Bates: still just a pup. Really young, lots of holes in his game. But the Cavs don’t have any other 6’9” flamethrowers from deep. With Merrils struggles I’d like to see Emoni get 10-12 mins every other game.
F JT Thor: Again I am aware he’s not some secret superstar but surprised he hasn’t gotten a look yet when we’ve been so thin.
G/F Luke Travers: Also injured I guess? Shooting is behind the rest of his game so I don’t see it.
Tristan Thompson has had a few vintage moments but overall he’s washed and not usable in the playoffs. May end up cut.

Small background context: -We're 2nd year engineering students -our project is to build... a building.. calculations aren't hard, but very tedious, a lot of things to consider, etc. -And there are 4 people in one group
So! I've went to multiple meet ups before with my group to do work 'together' on the project. But we all always just end up doing our own parts. Yeah there were times when someone asks questions, but those questions could just be asked and answered through whatsapp...
Two of my groupmates are.. uh.. kinda slow(I don't mean to insult) but they need A LOT of hand holding.
1 week before submission, I proposed we all meet up to REALLY push everyone since we still have a lot of calculations to do. But it's a national holiday so no one was free, plus, some of them had other work to do and other submissions. So we decided to meet up 3 days before submission (the only time everyone is free and back from holiday).
So the one that went on holiday, idm. Bro knows what he's doing, if I am stuck somewhere, I'll just ask him.
But the other two.... They ghosted and stood me up. Later they called me and said why. One of them told me that he just woke up. The other one had a problem with an assignment submission (which the due date had already passed, and she haven't done a single thing yet). There is another person, a friend, she was going to join us too. But she went on a date. And got stuck in traffic. This friend decided to join us because she ALSO needs help.
The three people that needs help, all cancelled on me... LAST MINUTE.
I was angry, to say the least, mostly disappointed tho. I didn't want to stay in my room so I went to my friend's room.
Then, all 3(that canceled called and asked where I was. But I was really really upset (I've helped them a lot before already, and tbh... I, at the very least, expect them to respect me back. I don't want a lot, just basic respect) so I ignored them all :D
I felt bad tho, but it's better I avoid them, than to make things worse by being passive aggressive. I already messaged them all that.. since no one is free, I'm also not gonna show up. I expected it to end there tbh ┐(´ー｀)┌
One of them messaged me again. She apologized and told me that they want to meet up again. Naturally, based on previous experience with this group, I don't see the point in meeting up. If they have a question, they can just message or call me. Plus, our other group member is competent too, I told them that they can message him too.
My laptop is heavy. I need to pack and repack my laptop everytime I go to this meet up. Then I need to set up my laptop again when I'm in my room. There's a lot to do. The empty class we're going to is not exactly close by either. Plus I am ✨ sick ✨, I have oxygen issues and walking is damn tiring.
Despite all this.. DESPITEE ALLLL OF THISSSSS. I felt bad for them :')

My team has been working on a product (game? experience?) where anyone can submit an idea for an episode of our interactive show, and then we quickly generate the episode on the backend--along with virtual voice acting--and we stream it in your browser. The 3D animation engine is my domain, and I've been building it in Unity.
We generate our speaking clips with ElevenLabs, which gives you an "alignment array" for each utterance, specifying the timing of each letter or punctuation within the audio clip. Something like this:

...where each item in the array is the letter, the start time in seconds, and the end time in seconds.
Since we have all of that data, I thought it would be cool to build a simple engine for generating mouth animations. Very expensive software for this exists, but something quick-and-dirty was good enough for our needs.
I found mouth shapes for various different sounds in English, and made each of them into a texture. Then, for every new sound, I pick one of those textures and put it onto a quad in front of the model's mouth. I use coroutines to time this along with the audio and it actually makes a pretty convincing effect.
I recorded a simple demo for anyone who's interested (see above). I think this helps give an idea how it works.
Some technical notes:
- I needed to add special handling for two-character sounds like "ch" and "sh." That wasn't really a big deal.
- This system really isn't perfect. For one, in English letters and sounds don't correspond exactly. E.g., the sound "ch" looks totally different in the word "character" versus the word "cheese." And silent letters will still be turned into a mouth shape even though they shouldn't. It doesn't seem to matter too much to the human brain, though, if the character is talking quickly enough.
- The mouth textures change from one to another instantaneously, which is less than ideal. It'd be better to have "tweening" where one texture morphs into the shape of the other, but I think that's more work that I have time for. (I tried simple alpha blending, and it looks so crappy that I turned it off.)
- I also added hacky support for languages that don't have Roman alphabets by just having the characters say "rhubarb rhubarb" over and over again. It works surprisingly well!
