Hello, over the last 2 years I have formulated my own personal religion. A friend of mine who is really into philosophy and spirituality told me if he were to categorize it, he would call it deism. But, I just wanted to share and see what other people’s thoughts were (instead of being a silent monk). I believe in two beings or forces that form the universe, Chaos and Order. Both without will beyond their singular purpose. They are without form and exist within the fabric of reality. They are neither kind nor cruel. The former works towards random change while the latter organizes. One cannot exist without the other. They are what dictate the laws of nature and physics. They are what formulates the cosmos. They are what create and maintain the delicate balance life. They are in an endless dance, a constant flux. One scattering stardust and the other forming solar systems that can sustain life.
I base this off of my perspective that the nature of the universe tends to be entropic, breaking down parts to their simpler forms. Meanwhile, against all odds, life forms and evolves. From single cell to evolved multicellular organisms with complex social structures. Life on Earth, life in the universe, is both special and unique while also being a guaranteed possibility that is limited in its lifespan. We as humans are simultaneously unique while also being insignificant.
I’m still unsure what exactly I believe when it comes to a soul or the afterlife. I strongly gravitate towards reincarnation. That your consciousness is purely your perception which is dictated by your sensory organs input and your brains functions. That and all the atoms and cells that make you into an individual being. I think our perception of reality and our interaction with it is what life as we know it is. And when we die our consciousness along with our bodies will be scattered. Never to be seen again in the exact way it was. But those parts will be used by other things, from dirt to humans. And us, as individuals, exist as we are only as long as we are alive. But life will continue on this planet and in the universe as long the conditions are right. Offspring will be continue to be born on the planet and throughout the universe and civilization will rise and fall throughout time. Until it doesn’t, if there is such a thing. If there is an end to the universe or it’s an endless cycle, I am not the one to say. The Scientific Community has some theories.
Overall I think most of the things human experience can be understood with psychology, sociology, and biology. But anyways, that’s my thoughts. For background, I grew up Evangelical. Fell out of Christianity by the time I left for college. Never been a fan of any religion or spirituality that requires their followers to aggressively spread their beliefs globally. I’ve always been curious and questioned things, so I’d say I’ve always been agnostic. Just more so now. I was atheist for a long time but after dating a witch for 5 years, I’ve realized and rediscovered my own spirituality. Anyways, thanks for reading. Hope this is the right place to share about this. I’d love to hear what people’s opinions are.

Looking for some feedback and help on pricing. I got a brand new in box Series S 512GB console, but I didn't realize it didn't have a disc drive. I don't want to have to buy games or spend monthly/yearly on Gamepass. I explained the conundrum to my buddy and he said he'd be willing to take my S and he'd sell me his X for some amount. I don't know what would be a fair amount for this trade though? I see used S consoles for about $200 and used X consoles for about $350-400 on FB marketplace and eBay. If he's throwing in a couple games, would $200 + the new series S be a fair trade for his used X?

Context: ** I have been at this job for one year I started off as an intern but was offered a full time job once I graduated college*
I’m a sales/production manager producing an item for a client. The item contains a mixture of materials (ex:leather and metal). This is my first time working with a mixed material item. I needed to contact a Chinese supplier to purchase the leather and then have it shipped to Italy for final assembly.
I asked the Chinese supplier how much square feet of leather I would need to make (x amount) of pieces for the client. My mistake which I realize now would have been to ask the Italian factory the exact amount they need for assembly instead of the Chinese leather supplier.
My co worker who was in cc to the original email I sent to the Chinese supplier asking for an estimated amount of square feet saw my email and decided to sent me a email saying the following: “Sometimes I’m surprised on how you (don’t) think. If something is not clear, please ask me. I’m here to help you or try to clarify things.”
Being the softie that I am I immediately excuse myself to the bathroom to cry my eyes out. At this job I constantly feel like everything I do is wrong. He ends the email saying “I can ask him for help” but when I do it’s oven met with annoyance and a do it on your own attitude. He is my co worker however he plays the role of a “manager” and I often assist for him. My office is small with 8 workers in the office in total. My actual manager is also HR so I cannot go to her for further assistance.
Our CEO once told me I needed to “learn how to do my job” when I asked for a quick yes or no question on a development I was working on.
When I originally agreed to work full time at this position I knew they had VERY bad reviews on Glassdoor but I did not think the extent of it would be this bad. The company has a habit of talking down to employees/micromanaging/while assigning multiple tasks that is impossible to accomplish all at once.
Should I quit?

- Slide final drive all the way to the left
- Go to your last gear and find the absolute top speed that you can set in the final gear
- Divide the top speed of your final gear by the number of gears in your current transmission. If your car has 5 gears and the top speed of 5th gear is 290 ÷ 5 = 58. This number is how far apart the top speed should be of each gear.
- Set the ratio of 1st gear so that the top speed output is 58km/h
- Do the same thing for each gear 2nd will be 116 km/h, 3rd 174km/h, 4th 232km/h
(top speed in last gear - top speed in first gear) ÷ (number of gears - 1) = speed gap between each gear.
So say if your top speed of 6th gear is 290, but the lowest you can set 1st gear is 69km/h
290 - 69 = 221
221 ÷ 5 = 44.2 ≈ 44 --> will be the gap between each gear
- 69 km/h
- 113 km/h
- 157 km/h
- 201 km/h
- 245 km/h
- 290 km/h

 | I got this awesome hydroponic gardening station for Christmas and I was looking for a little bit of advice. My summer savoury is tiny and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. It’s been growing as long as the rest of the plants. I absolutely love basil and want to have a strong and successful plant so I was wondering when and how I should prune it to get a giant beautiful plant. I tried twice now to get my chives to grow from seed, but I haven’t even got so much as a tail yet. Are my seeds dead or do they need to germinate before I plant them? I live in Canada but the grow light has been great, is the water possibly too cold which is leading to slowed growth? They have been planted since December 28 so this is four weeks of growth. Hello,
my unemployment went through and everything seems well when it comes to being accepted. I even finally got on the phone with them and fixed a small issue I had with my claim. However, it's been over 4 days since I filed my first week(which was approved) and I have yet to receive my payment, anyways that's all besides the point. My issue is that everytime I log onto my account a pop-up message comes up saying "Alert... There was an issue loading claim information" and there is an "OK" button which you have to press like 3 times to get rid of the message which then takes you to your dashboard normally, however there's a few things that aren't able to load; It's just a blank grey square where there's supposed to be writing and other information. Is anybody else in PA running into that issue? I'm still able to file for my weekly benefits however I still haven't received my first check and I'm worried that the error message has something to do with it. I'm hoping it could just be a glitch in their system but I've been getting that error message for 2 days now. If someone knows what's going on and can help me out, that would be truly appreciated. Btw I tried clearing all cookies and cache and all that, I tried a different browser, I restarted my computer, all that. Thanks!
