I have two male cats that stay with me in my room, I have female cats in the other part of my house. My one male cat is spayed, I am working on getting the other cats I have neutered and spayed. When I get my school check next month I’m getting them all done- just for reference. My problem is that my male cat that is spayed is so aggressive to my other male cat that isn’t spayed yet. He is always trying to show dominance over him, constantly attacking him and hurting him. I love my cats more than my own life and would do anything for them. I have tried everything I can think of, but he is just so horrible to my other cat. They are brothers and have grown up together all their lives. I’m at a loss for what to do. What makes it worse is that the cat that’s always getting attacked is such a sweet cat (they both are except the other cat is just mean to him) and doesn’t fight back and just runs away and stuff. I’m having the worst time and feel so horrible for my other cat. What can I do?

A previous employer approached me about a management role, offering 20k less than my salary at the time. I declined, but said I’d be open to it if they could salary match. They re-benchmarked the role, to meet the ask, branding it as a technical specialist role, which sat in the same salary banding as a senior manager.
Fast forward 18 months, and the team is being restructured. I will now be a senior manager in title, with the number of people in my reporting line doubling as well as a range of additional responsibilities and objectives.
The narrative now is, you were always a senior manager, as reflected by your grade banding. Therefore, increased pay seems to be off the table for discussion. I’d normally be very bullish about this, but the truth is, I want the title from a career progression perspective.
Am I selling myself short by not pushing for an increase? Or should I be satisfied that technically I’m paid within the correct range for the role and I’m moving forwards?

Is anyone else struggling with eating enough protein? I’m keeping up (just), and adding pure protein shakes if I’m really struggling but it’s like I have a complete aversion to meat (which I have always loved and steak is my favourite food ever!) and now I crave sh*tty carbs and snacks that I NEVER used to crave as I have always been low carb/ high protein and now Reta has me living in opposite land! I used to live near hard rock a few years ago and the 1/2 games were very soft. I remember seeing countless people punting off at various hours of the day and the OMCs played face up for the most part(they are open 24/7). Now I live about an hour away and just work full time but I am still relatively young guy(27) considering moving back there to play professionally part time and maybe even full time obviously if i can prove a good hourly. I have tried looking on google to find posts on reddit or 2+2 of anyone who plays there professionally for income but havn't found much, and im wondering if it's realistic. And if so, what kind of hourly could I expect assuming I'm a strong reg? Is Derby Lane in st. Pete better? Havn't player there much. Any feedback would be 👍

About 10 days ago I posted about my resident kitten and my new adult cat. It’d been almost one month since I brought the new cat home, Ruffles, and she’s still very shy but getting much better. Rocky the kitten on the other hand, not so much. We got a mesh screen door and I’m letting them see and sniff each other all the time if I’m home. I also got feliway multi scented, and an anxiety treat that they both like. It all seems to be helping but at the same time not really. They see each other, eat together thru the screen door and almost touched noses once. Ruffles very open to my kitten, seems to be chill around her and not really nervous or interested in confrontation. Rocky, again a kitten, is very curious but still not well behaved. She tries to sneak and jump into ruffles but she always bounces back from the door lol How can I prevent this when I take the screen door down? Is it bad if Rocky comes stalking ruffles in her hiding places? Could this lead to a fight? Cause I feel like the moment I let them both roam, ruffles will get overwhelmed and hide, and Rocky is gonna go running to her hiding spot looking for a fight. She even hissed to ruffles a bit, and ruffles stepped away and Rocky stopped.
I’m getting mixed signals from Rocky the kitten and don’t feel confident in her behavior but I also don’t know how to fix it. Is it just normal kitten behavior?
