I have been keen to invest in NSE Pre-IPO shares. Below are the investment details:
Investment Amount: INR 251,223 Documentation charges by NSE: INR 3,538 No. of shares: 147 Price Per Share: 1709 Settlement timeframe: 3-4 months
They have asked to submit these documents after which a Letter of Intent (LOI) will be generated: 1. Cancelled Cheque 2. Demat Account CML 3. Aadhar Card 4. PAN Card
Once they provide a LOI, I need to sign it and wire money to this bank account:
Valiant Fintech Bank Details Bank Name: IDFC First Bank Branch Address: BKC Naman Account Name: Valiant Fintech Private Limited
I feel a bit skeptical about this and am not sure if this is safe to proceed with since: 1. The amount is 2.5 lakhs and they don't have a payment gayeway to process. Instead asking to manually wire money to some account. 2. I haven't seen anyone talking about this. Not sure why but raises another concern whether it's a safe/good investment.
What do you folks think about this?

I posted this otherwise and then stumbled across this subreddit and realized you all here could probably answer better. :)
I’ve always had trouble tolerating birth control methods, despite that continued taking the pill until the point now where I just can’t tolerate it anymore. I have extremely intense cramps and biweekly periods. My doctor told me at this point my only options are sterilization or condoms.
I have been pregnant twice and have a child, I have zero interest in another. Not interested in taking chances with condoms, sterilization is the only remaining options.
My question is, is this going to do anything for my periods at all? The research I’ve done suggests nothing will change. I was always on estrogen-free pills because of migraines, so I’m not sure if stopping the pill is what’s supposed to help?
Basically I’m just interested in some anecdotal information on what your periods are like after sterilization, also what procedure you had done and how long ago. Anything worth adding is appreciated! My appointment is in March so I’m trying to gather all the information I can in advance.

Hey liebes Reddit-Forum!
Vor zwei Tagen habe ich mich von meiner Partnerin getrennt. Wir waren knapp vier Jahre zusammen und wie jede Beziehung hatten wir Höhen und Tiefen. Diese haben wir (auch wenn es nicht einfach war) gemeistert. Zeitgleich war es allerdings, dass genau diese Höhen und Tiefen Narben in uns hinterlassen haben, die wo keiner von uns ganz ablegen/vergessen konnte. Ein Thema stand allerdings ganz vorne. Das Thema Kinder. Leider hatten wir was in diesem Zusammenhang das Thema Zeitpunkt angeht unterschiedliche Vorstellungen. Wir haben oft darüber geredet und es immer (aufgrund meiner Situationen) immer wieder nach hinten verschoben.
Nun haben wir uns vor wenigen Tagen (in einem sehr schönen Gespräch) getrennt. Wir haben das Gespräch gesucht und ich sagte, für den aktuell „ausgemachten Zeitpunkt“ ein Kind zu bekommen fühle ich mich nicht bereit. Es setzt mich unter Druck und ein Kind halbherzig zu bekommen? Das wäre meiner Meinung nach unfair der Partnerin und v.A dem Kind gegenüber.
Was sich eingangs richtig angefühlt hat, wird nun mit den Gedanken geplagt, ob‘s das richtige war. Ob eine Pause / räumliche Trennung nicht auch gereicht hätte. Denn der Hauptgrund meiner Seite war, dass es ihr gegenüber ungerecht ist unsere Kinderplanung wieder aufgrund von mir zu verschieben. Ob sie es akzeptiert hätte oder nicht? Das weiß ich nicht… in wenigen Wochen treffen wir uns erneut um über alles zu reden. So kann sich jeder Gedanken machen. Leider sind wir (wegen meiner Arbeit) nun sowieso räumlich getrennt, da ich die nächsten Monate über in einer anderen Stadt bin.
Nur weiß ich nicht, ob in wenigen Wochen nicht zu spät sein könnte. Mein inneres, was zunächst meinte es ist die richtige Entscheidung getrennte Wege zu gehen, sagt mir nun das es die falsche Entscheidung war. Nun weiß ich nicht, was ich machen soll. Fragen, ob man nicht früher darüber reden kann, oder die Zeit sich wirklich nehmen und nachdenken..
