I’m reaching out because I’ve been struggling deeply with self-worth, and it feels like it’s holding me back from becoming the person I know I’m meant to be.
There are physical things about myself that I dislike so much, and these feelings have created a massive wall between me and the life I want to live. I can see the version of me that feels confident, fulfilled, and aligned so clearly—but every time I try to step toward that version, this self-criticism stops me in my tracks.
I know that self-worth comes from within, and I truly want to love and accept myself as I am. But I’m stuck in this cycle of self-doubt and insecurity. It’s affecting my ability to pursue what I really want in life, and I feel like I’m constantly holding myself back.

Good day everyone,
I am planning on starting a pizzeria, but am unable to find good, high quality deck ovens with good heat retention and the following: 1) pizza stones on ALL decks 2) up to 350C
The usual 2-3 deck ovens, doesnt come with pizza stones, and I am afraid heat circulation wont be as good if the ovens are designed mainly for bread use.
Any tips/ideas where to start looking?
P.S. I am not interested in the small, countertop pizza ovens sold mostly on sho*** and laz***

21 (F) Currently I have no job. I have been applying no luck. I don’t know what to do during the day and I’m becoming so depressed. I’ve been looking for certification program as well but I can’t find one for free even through my local CC. I always do not have a license. I plan on starting school in Fall. The plan was to work 2 jobs until then quit one when school came but things are just not going well right now.
Any advice on getting a job? I have two years of concierge experience but still can’t get a job.
I know I should focus on what I can control rn like getting my permit. I am taking my test next weekend. But I am just in a slump. Any advice I’m open too
I am going to school for nursing. Any one have suggestions on what jobs align with the major? I know CNA is the best option but I’m in Jersey City,NJ and there are no programs within a reasonable price they’re like $1700.

Hi! I recently cleared my interview for the Business Associate role at KPMG under the Marketing service line. Super stoked about this opportunity, but now it's time for the money talk, and I'm honestly not sure what to ask for. Here's a bit about me:
• Experience: 1.5 years
• Skills: Marketing automation, tools, content management, and pretty much everything marketing-related.
• Market research: From what l've seen, the base pay for this role seems to range between 6 LPA to 8 LPA.
With my experience and skill set, how much would be reasonable to ask for? Should I aim for the higher end of the range or somewhere in the middle?
Would love to hear thoughts or advice from those in similar roles or who've been through this process!
