Is talking to myself normal? I once told somebody I did that and they said I'm "mentally ill" just because I conversate with myself since I usually don't have any company and having my brain recognize that I'm alone doing stuff (for example walking home alone) frightens me so it's kind of a coping mechanism for me to convince my brain that I have friends with me and there's nothing to worry about. But sometimes I also do this when I'm just doing regular tasks and I argue with myself...I guess this is what a lack of social interaction does to somebody but I seriously thought this was normal till I was treated like some weirdo after admitting it.

2025.01.26 07:32 OwnExcuse8052 What to do about bicep strain
So I finished my first bulk about a month and half ago and am now in the middle of a cut. But, about 6 months ago, while bulking, I strained my left bicep and haven't done any isolated bicep movements since. Through the rest of my bulk and through the start of my cut up to this point I still have done no bicep work but have been working out everything else, including back. My biceps been alright with pulling movements but still doesn't feel like it's ready for something like dumbbell curls. I've been wondering, would it be a good idea to just stop all upper body training for like a month to see what happens? I'll still train legs cuz why not, but would do no work for my upper body to try and prioritize my bicep healing. If I do this, should I up my calories? Currently I am cutting and am in about a ~500 calorie deficit. Should I go up to maintainance? Or if I stay in a deficit (keeping protein high) will I maintain the muscle mass on my upper body if I'm not working it out? Open to all suggestions. And yes I have seen a doctor about my arm, they said since my bicep tendons are fine there's not much to do other than a little PT and just waiting that will fix it. Thanks.

 | Today I crossed with the following Tweet that shares a very interesting table about RWA assets by Network and to summarize it a bit, it shows why we have to believe in ETH and why it is poised to be huge. Networks As you can see in the image above, Ethereum ecosystem is the king of kings in the tokenized real world assets (RWAs) and the number don't lie. As you know RWAs are probably one of the next big trends that big institutions are already looking into. Ethereum dominates with $3.86 billion in RWA total value which is the 55.6% of the market share and as you can see there is no one close to him. Regarding stablecoins, Ethereum keeps showing who is the king with $123.4 billion in market cap and 58.5% of the market share, being basically the backbone of DeFi. But this is not the last thing, Ethereum also is king on stablecoin holders which makes once again Ethereum the project to believe in and the one its driving adoption in insane values. Probably you have already noticed that other projects like ZKSync Era, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base and Optimism have decent values and are in the top 10 and as you know all this projects are Ethereum L2s meaning that this could also be considered really bullish for Ethereum ecosystem because if you don't believe in Ethereum, you should probably not believe in its L2s. With all of this I want to say that even though the price is not moving like we expect, adoption keeps growing in insane numbers so its a matter of time that the sleeping giant wake up.
