Im in cls 11 rn and I do plan on solving exemplar for cls 12 board prep, but how important is it for neet? I've seen a lot of mixed opinions online so I'm a bit confused whether to invest my time solving it or not. Or will ncert + coaching material (allen) suffice?

I (24f) been gaming for many years now. I started gaming more heavily during COVID as it became a means to socialise, and because I studied my degree remotely, I still had a lot of time to game in the years afterwards.
My kind of "rut" has finally been broken as I'm going to study postgraduate at a world renowned varsity and moving to a new city where some friends live (I have been living with family/in a small-town rural lifestyle and don't really ever hang out except with family.)
For many years, I've been playing multiplayer games with friends - thats sort of slowed down and not a problem. But the problem is MMORPGs and Role-play games. I tend to just play these whenever I'm alone and have free time, a sort of parasocial thing, but I also feel immense pressure from events and activities. Yesterday, I made a pretty major decision to permanently kill a character of mine on one of those roleplays. This came not because I didn't care about the game, or community or character, but because for the last week I have been having actual panic attacks about in game discussions and events. And I decided that, seeing as I don't really think that I benefit in anyway from those kinds of games anymore, I would like to stop playing them.
But the problem is - how do I fill the time? Hours of my day which I normally would do that, which I don't want to replace with mindless scrolling.

I’m trying to get my life together. I have a new job that will just barely keep me above water. I paid off everything but credit card debt, which is now in debt consolidation so it will be handled over the next few years though my credit score will never be the same. I’m paying things down, working on myself, and with all Trump is doing I’m wondering why I even bother?
He’s going to kill me. I will not survive these next four years. Whether he’s going to gas me, enslave and starve me, or simply outlaw the HIV meds that keep me alive, he’s coming for me.
I feel this madness won’t stop until great violence has been inflected on both sides. I’m not a violent man. I’ve never even held a gun. But I worry that if I do not do something, something is going to be done to me.
I have a college education but nothing really useful. I only speak one language. I have no money. I can’t hope to escape. I can’t save myself and I can’t save anybody else.
The Nazis are back and they are now coordinated. There’s nowhere to run and there’s not enough left to kill them off. They are going to win. I’m afraid.
How am I supposed to deal with this?

So for everybody else I start this raid as usual but when I turn this corner I find this guy crouched behind a crate I don’t shoot and me and this guy end up teaming up long story short we get in a bit of a scruf with a hella accurate scav I lose my arm and he loses his lower torso, turns into us trying to find a stapler gun to patch him up, we go to motel where we find a dude dead with ALOT of loot but no stapler but as luck would have it a exfil opened up for him right there, we trade guns as I need his for a quest and I give him mine he says go to your exfil I’ll try to distract anyone who comes I leave not sure if he made it out in time but if your reading this I got out after killing two scavs and turns out the guy we looted had a lot of keys so hit me up if you want and we can do some raids going into these places gonna have to remember to bring the stapler tho.
