So I’ve been a flooring specialist for 4 months. I never really got any training, because at the time when I was out Into the department, there was no supervisor and the original specialist was bumped to pro.
I’ve averaged 55-60% over my sph plan every month so I still get a bonus. But the department never makes it, and in my head I believe it’s due to low traffic. But hitting 500 sph for the month when sph goal was 374 isnt even a “good job” i just get “well your department isn’t hitting… it should be hitting… you could make a lot more if your department hit…” any recommendations?

Okay, how about this? We get a whole new live-action trilogy starting in 2028 with hayden christensen, Ewan mcgregor and the girl playing Ahsoka (Ariana Greenblatt), and it will be an alternative universe where Anakin never fell to the darkside, but, going into what was the original trilogy era, because they defeated Palpatine, an enemy he was secretly holding back from the outer rim, the Yuuzhon Vong has now began attacking the Republic. We can have all these characters in live-action, with young actors recast as Luke, and Leia. You can exclude Han and Chewie until the next movie just to keep interest going...and it would all be a whole new story, guided heavily by Hayden, Ewan, Natalie Portman and the others as legacy mentor characters, passing the torch down to the NEW Han Luke and Leia. Just my thoughts. Someone should make it. I'd love to see at least an AI rendering of it 😂

 | My son loves to play at eye-level, so he often spends his time playing at our dining table or on the floor. I saw a few other moms had flipped dollhouses for their sons and were calling them “dude houses” and thought that one for him would be the perfect alternative to standing at our table all day. I searched Facebook marketplace and found this LOL Dollhouse for only $20. I already had some paint, so I picked it up and got to work! I did all the checkers by hand with just a small paintbrush and I surprised myself with how good everything came out! I finally finished it today and got it all set up for him and it was so fun to watch him play with it! His obsession right now is Pixar cars, so the slide is a great option as he liked sending them down. Overall this was such a fun project for me to do in my free time and I know we will get plenty of playtime with it as he grows up! Is there any other options similar to the RCD 330 that support wireless android auto or are they all very expensive?
Or alternatively is there any alternative head units that would work with an original passat 2015 camera so I don't have to faf around with a new camera?
I got an android head unit a year ago which has been a disaster, which I'm going to replace thus month.

I am trying to find the parameters of lotka volterra model, which has an equation of dx/dt= ax-bxy and dy/dt = cx-dxy. I am trying to apply this model into the real life datas like market share or stocks of companies A and B. I used matrix method to estimate the parameters with the data I have. For dx/dt and dy/dt, I just get difference in two x and y data and divide by time interval. But, the parameters I got was very different from what actually should be (it was way smaller). Since I am writing a math paper, I can not use any programming methods to estimate the parameters? How can I address this issue, should I change to datas, having a small time interval, or should I use different methods? Please I need you guys help
