Had a viewing on a vacant property, were the agent had already got in my bad books by scheduling all 14 viewings for exactly the same time. To create the illusion of demand and a bidding war.
Two sales had fallen through and I got a tale about why it had happened. I then asked the agent whether either buyer had had a survey done and did they share the results with agent? Oh she couldn't share that because of data protection.
I told her that she had a legal obligation to inform me of any issues that she was aware of and at this point she was in full squirm mode. I managed to get out of her that there were no structural issues revealed.
So who is right here? If a buyer pulls out and reveals a potential problem with the property. Can the agent site data protection laws to avoid declaring them or do they have to obey the 2008 consumer protection rules and tell potential buyers?

Current high school senior. Goal: get a good, interesting electrical engineering position in my home state with no or minimal student loans. Which college should I choose? All are ABET-accredited and I could be happy at any of them. Thanks in advance for your feedback!
University A: Flagship in my home state, good reputation, highly ranked in engineering, selective admissions. My classmates will all be smart, so opportunities for research or engineering clubs will be competitive (small fish in big sea). More academic, less hands-on. Have heard EE profs currently not great.
University B: Midsize public in neighboring state, 4 hours from home. A tech-speciality school, lots of hands-on. Industry-supported projects. The most expensive of the 3, and I'd wind up with some loans. Low female/male ratio. Students tend to take longer to graduate from here, but could be because of co-ops. Probably my best fit personality-wise though.
University C: Southern out-of-state flagship 14 hours from home. Nearly full-ride scholarship (but higher travel expenses of course), and scholarship pays for 5 years, so I could get a master's and graduate with money in the bank. Decent engineering program but not as highly ranked as A's or B's, though they are known for aerospace engineering. Well-equipped labs, lots of opportunities for engineering clubs and research. Hints that academics might not be as rigorous here, so not sure if the degree would be less respected.

I’ve read the policy, and I’m certain my situation applies, I’m not feeling well and my classes for today require attendance and participation.
The course outlines also mention the use the self declaration form ( but for whatever reason the prof mentioned getting a sick note when going over the requirement in class).
So do I just fill it and send it to the prof ?

I've been visiting London for more than 40 years. I visit often enough that I've got an original Oyster Card and there are pubs where I'm recognized. But now I'm facing an interesting situation, and I'm looking for suggestions.
In late March we're connecting in London on our way to central Europe from the USA, and we have an 8 hour layover (arrive at 0700.)
I had grand plans for an outrageous trip to Borough Market, but the vendors we want to visit aren't trading on the day. We've considered something touristy, as the couple we're traveling with haven't spent much time in London - but I don't want anyone in misery after an overnight flight.
My thoughts are now leaning towards a nice breakfast. Sunlight (yes, I know that's unpredictable in London that time of year) and fresh air would be a bonus. Easy access from Heathrow definitely favored (either tube or Heathrow Express) but I'm not beyond using "my guy" to drive us if that's what it takes.
Above all, I'm looking to avoid spending the entire day in an airport lounge.

Tenho H25 namoro uma M21 nós temos pretensão de morar juntos quando nosso AP ficar pronto, daqui a 3 anos e casar, até lá vamos vou ter 28, o problema é que pra gente conseguir pagar pelo AP até lá não podemos alugar uma casa, então a solução foi a gente morar juntos na casa dos pais dela. E ainda vou reformar um cômodo que eles tem em cima da casa deles, eu estava inconformado por nem precisar fazer isso, eu sei que 3 anos são bastante tempo, mas o resto de nossas vidas é muito mais do que esse tempo de espera. Os pais dela são muito legais e receptivo mas nunca vou conseguir me sentir em casa morando lá.

So, for reasons I cannot tell, I have to do a fkin video like that, and already did it, all work is done but I can't take this fucker out, is way to heavy and takes years (estimated 83hrs) so I tried to do multiple pre-rendes over the weekend and the only one that came out is 9.33 TB which is not a good result and I'm doing it in H264 (I usually render in prores 4444xq and 6k, I have a Ryzen 9-12 cores, 48gb of ram and rtx 4070), do you know how could I optimize this shit? my workflow I rly clean and efficient, its just the time, I tried doing 30 min in premiere pro and is the same result.

I’ve had three losses and my OB claims a uterine biopsy would not be considered standard of care and he won’t order me one.
I’ve also seen so many women say they were diagnosed with endometritis and that solved their problems after treatment with antibiotics.
Would it be a bad idea to just ask for a 2 week cycle of doxy since I’m unable to access a biopsy?
