2025.01.27 16:51 simk19 Hard nodule on incision line after Labiaplasty?
Hi All,
I'm 10 weeks post-op of labiaplasty using the wedge technique, no CHR with a baord certified surgeon and there is a hard nodule that has developed on one side of the labia, you can see it in the images (right).
It tends to fluctuate, some days it's very noticeable and looks like it protrudes outside the lips and other days it looks more normal but still noticeable to me, although not as bad.
My surgeon recently did a follow up and said that it may be due to the internal stitches, which can take up to one year to dissolve. It wasn't very swollen the day she did the follow up so I don't think she was able to tell but I did show her previous pictures.
Has anyone else experienced this with their surgery and if so, what was the outcome?

I'm a Software Engineer and I have basic (minimal) knowledge of LLM's. However I would like to improve my skills For example I wonder:
- How much RAM is needed for model X with x parameters - I notice that when I prompt deepSeek it first start outputting its thinking process, why and how does this under the hood work?
How did you gain more experience both theoretical and practical in ML and LLM? I would appreciate resources that helped you.
At the moment I am playing around with Ollama and LM studio, I like LM studio more since it also has LLM's that use MLX.

The magical element of classic WoW is in fact the community! The more you lean into the social aspects of the game, the more fulfilling your game experience will be. Everything doesn't have to be a means to an end. This is coming from a long-term veteran.
Are you forming a dungeon group for your bis item? Then ask your group if they need anything along the way. Enjoy the dungeon journey. I know, you've probably ran it 100 times, so have many other folks.
Questing in the open world? Group with people working on challenging quests and preferably wait for them to finish. Don't leave because you are done.
PVPing in AV? Every game doesn't have to be a 6 min Drek/Van rush. Embrace the different playstyles of folks in the game. It's ok to defend. It's ok to play objectives. Find yourself people that enjoy a similar playstyle and group with them. If you have to grind 100s of hours of battlegrounds, you may as well enjoy it.
The social aspects of the game are everywhere around you and it's up to you to embrace them. You never know what that experience will bring and who knows you might make a friend or two along the way.

So far, I've been using bluetooth to connect but I saw that the same keyboard in combo comes with a logi bolt receiver. Woult it be possible to pair it with a mouse from a different combo that already comes with a logi bolt receiver? Where I live, it's not possible to buy only the receiver.

This is my second post of the day :), and I wanted to share some thoughts I've been reflecting on for a while.
While I absolutely love Season 1 of "BB," it felt more like a feel-good show filled with uplifting moments that immerse you in a make-believe world. There were some hard-hitting parts, such as Sudhikaran's story, Mohini's backstory, Radhe's track to some extent, and Tamanna's perspective as an Instagram-famous pop star (who is somewhat delusional). However, much of the story felt unrealistic. For example, what was the point of the role-play segment? I understand that one needs to feel emotions to convey them through music, but the logic behind it all to create a song was questionable. While I enjoyed the charming elements of that sequence (that wedding event sequence, Radhe's first kiss... awwwww), for the most part I had to suspend my disbelief. There were many amateurish tracks that seemed rather lame.
In comparison, despite its flaws, Season 2 was much more logical in terms of story and screenplay. Most of the tracks felt organic and authentic. The stories behind each musical set piece were well-developed, and the character relations and flaws were clearly defined.
Well, I empathized with Tamanna and understood her actions. Her recklessness and questionable decisions made her character more relatable. We all have flaws and make questionable choices in real life. Something else I noticed is that Tamanna tended to get involved with Ayan whenever she was provoked by Radhe or felt that he had moved on. Yes, she might be a red flag, but we've all encountered people like her in real life.
On the other hand, Mr. Radhe is not your typical "meet-cute" guy, like we would love to think, as he looks like the goody two shoes (I love him too). Although he has matured this season, he still exhibits rigidity, condescension, and aggression. I love the fact that the makers made him a flawed character, too.
Despite everything, I’m still rooting for the Radhe-Tamanna pairing. They have great chemistry and look fantastic/sexy together. I’m relieved we didn’t see a happy ending because they aren’t mature enough to compromise and adjust to make a relationship work. That’s all :)

Living World
An open world is typically one with multiple story lines and without any primary objectives, Here our's focuses on the potential of ending the demonic threat of Treerazer. It is closer to MMORPGs as there are no character limits and not everyone is working together. It is likely that several characters will often be working against each other. There will be many story paths available to each player, and as they are completed others will take their place. Players can choose to progress whichever story they like or can choose to create their own story.
How it works
Quests will be posted, and players will need to schedule day/times with DMs and other players in order to go on a quest. Most quests should be single sessions games, but sometimes may require multiple sessions. Players can also request custom games where they dictate what they want to do. Quests are generally started in the 7pm-9pm central time frame at this time.
Character Creation
Characters are given a stat array, and start at level 2. We also use Background skills, to allow one to personalize your character. We use only Paizo material. Characters must come from the background traits, feats, or classes chosen from are allowed within that region/religion etc..

I’m not sure if this is a bug or a defect. I reached out to Supernote last week because of a “indent” I noticed in my screen. I always keep my Manta in the house, in its folio, have not dropped it, and when it’s stored it is in two padded sleeves because I’m paranoid of damaging eink screens. Well Supernote responded and basically said it’s a flexible screen and not damaged. I figured that made sense as you could really only feel it if you try to. Meaning it’s really not noticeable at all when writing.
No dead pixels and the ceramic tip glided over it without noticing it. Well today I noticed a faded line. That won’t go away with refreshing the screen. I even tried to power off and restart it with no luck. To my surprise I noticed the faded line ends at the indent. So I have no idea if it’s from it ghosting or from the indent? Anyone else have this issue?

My husband and I want to move in the next few years, away from the area we currently live in. We have a very small mortgage of 29k on a house that's valued at 300-350k. Where we want to move to, we're looking at houses around the 375k mark, so would need a mortage. I know there are mortgages for the self-employed and we have accounts for the last 10 years showing small to medium profits.
But. The business is geographically tied to our current area as it's landscaping and tree surgery - would the fact that we're moving away from this area prevent us from getting a mortgage?
