Hallo zusammen,
ich brauche dringend eure Hilfe. Ich habe ein Samsung S24 Ultra über eBay verkauft und es per DHL versendet. Der Käufer hat das Paket erhalten, aber jetzt behauptet er, dass anstatt des Handys nur ein Mineralwasser-Glas im Paket war.
Ich habe das Handy ordnungsgemäß verpackt und es ist durch DHL versendet worden, wobei ich die Sendung mit einer Trackingnummer versehen habe. Das Gewicht des Pakets war auch korrekt für ein Handy dieser Größe. Jetzt hat der Käufer eine Rückgabe beantragt, aber in meiner Anzeige habe ich klar angegeben, dass ich keine Rückgaben akzeptiere.
Hat jemand von euch ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht oder weiß, wie ich in dieser Situation weiter verfahren sollte? Wie kann ich nachweisen, dass ich das richtige Produkt versendet habe?
Ich möchte sicherstellen, dass ich mein Geld behalte, aber gleichzeitig ist mir wichtig, dass die Situation fair und korrekt gelöst wird.

I recently got into OPTCG, and have some cool cards that I personally want to display in an album. Some of these cards are worth $10-$20+ so I do want to sleeve them before placing them inside an album.
I'm just a bit confused about which type of sleeves I should use (regular, perfect fit, double sleeve, resealable), and which brands are generally good/recommended. The album I'm looking to buy should be a strap, top-loaded and not side-loaded if that changes anything.

I'm a 26 (m) really considering moving to a different country. Thing is I don't know what country I could prosper in as a blue collar worker. I've been a welder for 6 years and am currently working at water well / pump service company. I speak spanish and English and definitely open to learning a third language. Any input would be greatly appreciated, being raised in the US idea of hard work pays off I'm really blind to blue collar culture in other parts of the world. Thank you.

So I’m (23) from the Middle East and my gf(22) is from Asia. We’ve been together in total for 3.5 years. We met online and kept it for 2 years as I was in the army and she didn’t have an opportunity to come to me since she is from a poor country. After two years we met for two months and it was amazing. I had to come back home, and was determined than ever to make it work. I opened a copywriting business while having a full time job. She was halfway done with her psychology degree.
After 10 months apart we met again for two months, however, 2 weeks before I got there she told me she thinks about breaking up. I was so focused on our careers and the logical side that I wasn’t emotionally present and the spark sort of died. We decided to decide when I’m there.
While I was there she decided to quit college and open a marketing business to be independent. We felt in love, though I was constantly scared it would end in a break up. In order to make it easier for me I accepted breaking up, but by the end of the two months which were amazing we decided to stay. I came back home 2 weeks ago which brings us to now.
We both have stress as beginner freelancers and we have a lot of uncertainty with when we’ll get to see each other. We want next time we’ll see each other to be one of us moving in with the other one, we’re tired of the LDR. But I have 2 problems.
- I have troubles balancing the emotional side with the logical side and I could really appreciate some advice on that.
- I feel like these last 3 months dragged this relationship through the mud, and there is no spark anymore. I don’t feel intense love with butterflies anymore. I feel safe with her, and she’s my best friend. I want to marry her. But I feel so emotionally exhausted and we don’t get to be passionate anymore. Also after meeting in person it feels so hard to keep this relationship long distance. I want to feel like I’m falling back in love, because she is so perfect. How do I do it? How do I not let life beat the spirit out of my relationship?

I started working when I was 17 years old. Since then I am working a same company on a non technical profile. I always wanted to pursue tech as I am passionate about it and wanted to learn more and more advance technology. I am not good with coding, so I thought that tech support might me the opening doors for me and from tech support I can get into advance technology fields such as cybersecurity, clod networking etc. But I do not know how can I get my first IT job.
