A newbie question. I'm currently learning to play single notes using tongue blocking. I have a problem that often I accidentally let a little bit of another note sound for a moment. Or as a harmonica tab (remember that I play diminished tuning):

Here when I play the first Bb, I let a higher note sound for a moment in the beginning; While I'm holding the last Bb, I also accidentally let a higher note sound for a moment and idk how this happens. I always have this problem when tongue blocking, both on chromatic and diatonic. I would appreciate any advice and tips on how to rectify this.

Besides my family and close friends I feel like everyone hates me. I am someone who wants to be Christian but I am told I am going to hell because I’m bisexual, I’m into witchcraft. I am into metal but when I post my music in any community I am told my music sucks, when I try to post in emo, punk or goth I am felt not welcomed there, guys that I find attractive soon leave me on their shelves to collect dust and think about other things, I just want somewhere I can go and belong, I feel alone and lonely! I wish I didn’t feel this way anymore. I feel depressed and anxious, I feel like an outsider of other outsiders and i wish I was somewhere that felt comfortable. Even when sometimes I post In band subreddits that I like I am kinda made fun of. I feel like there’s just something wrong with me and I wish I felt comfortable in my own skin but i wish sometimes I was someone else, at least I know I don’t hope this feeling happens to anyone else and when I grow up I can help others feel less miserable

 | Today will be 7dpo as of midnight. I have had spotting since 4dpo and do not normally spot until around 10-11dpo to begin a period. I'm on CD 24 and even with my 25 day cycle I still had a 10 day luteal phase. Could this be a good sign or could it just be an early cycle. Naturally any test now would be negative. First Job (Full time) 7:00am to 4:30pm, 2nd job (part time) 6pm to 12:00 am both Monday through Friday . Plan on going straight home after 2nd job which is 5 mins from my house , shower eat then going straight to bed. And getting back up at 6am . Is this doable? Or am I tripping.
